I am a frequent customer to the Fab’rik store in Raleigh. Today, I walked in and was astonished by the customer service. The young lady working in there was super inattentive. She had no desire to be there and it showed. Her friend walked in. They were more concerned with their conversation then helping me with the shoes I was looking at and the pile of clothes in my hand. I pay a decent amount of money to the store and expect “decent” customer service. I am not super high maintenance where this is concerned but just expect a helping hand or someone who is, at the least, interested. This will be the last time I shop here, for that reason. I am super disappointed with this store’s employees. Do better.

Wish i could give them 0 stars. I have to echo the same sentiments as the other reviews shouting of their poor customer service. I received a set for Christmas this year that did not fit and since it was not within 21 days of purchase, they refused to exchange it for store credit. This is positively unacceptable to have such a rigid exchange policy, especially around the holidays and ESPECIALLY when they are still selling these items at full price. I cannot warn you enough to not shop here unless you are ready to eat the money. As a side note, if THEY send you a damaged item, their policy states that you have TWO DAYS to return it. Positively absurd

Walked in and the workers just stared at me. They did not welcome me at all and did not ask if I needed help. Store seemed very unfriendly. It felt very hostile.

I bought a super cute purse from Fab'rik last weekend, and it fell apart after a few hours. I tried to return it to the store and the associates refused to take it back, or exchange it for one of the same style that wasn't flawed. I've requested a refund via email and haven't received a response.I'm disappointed, as I bought the purse for a couple of upcoming events and won't be able to use it. It lasted only a few hours (sitting on the back of my chair at dinner...) before the threads started coming loose and the "jewels" started falling off.I understand the no return policy on accessories like earrings, but for a $50 purse to immediately fall apart is not cool. This store has really cute stuff, but this is such a disappointment in quality and customer service. Really glad I didn't buy the sweater I had my eye on, too...

Shout out to Ryan for providing consistent 5-star experiences, every time, on the spot! On multiple occasions, I’ve called the store and Ryan has stepped up to find whatever it is I’ve asked for, or provided another option along the lines of what I was looking for. She asked all the right questions to find the perfect look.Fab’rik has an classic variety of boho chic pieces for young professionals and is centered in the Village District. They’re my go-to for almost every occasion!

I have been a long-time customer of fab’rik in Raleigh and I’ve never experienced any issues until today. Surprisingly the issues stemmed from the salon manager Ryan. Upon walking into the store I was approached by Ryan and told that everything on the perimeter of the store was 25% off except for one table in the center of the store along with a rack sitting just beside it. I said thanks and looked around. I looked at the shoes and saw a pair that weren’t my favorite but hey for 25% off why not. So after looking around the only item that I decided I was going to purchase was the pair of shoes. I got up to the front counter and a different girl rang me up and gave me my total which was not including the 25% off. When I asked her about it she then proceeded to tell me that the top two shelves of shoes were not included. So again since they weren’t my favorite I decided against them. However, when I got outside and Ryan was standing there I did say something to her since she was the one that told me about the discount. Her response “oh yeah sorry”. Not The response I expected especially from the store manager which she made sure to inform me of her title when I asked for her name when she began to get rude with me. I get that mistakes happen but the customer should not be responsible for your mistake. I drive quite a ways to get out to this store and it’s pretty disappointing that this is the service I get from this 21 year old kid running the store. Not ok. I run six salons myself and I would never give someone the attitude that I received today nor would I give someone an oh well attitude when I’m the one that made the mistake. I will be sure to share my experience with others especially all the people that I’ve recommended to come here over the years. Please Fabriq if you’re going to have very young adults running your business make sure they understand that good client service is a must and that they should check their attitudes at the door. A+ customer service!! I had an excellent shopping experience at this location! Shout out to Leah and Olivia!!! They were super helpful with selecting trendy pieces for me to try on and purchase. I will definitely revisit fab’rick soon!

I love this Fabrik! I've been to locations all over the south - Atlanta, Augusta, Athens, Charleston, Savannah and this is by the far the best. This store has a great selection and I always find something I love. The staff is super knowledgeable and attentive the second I walk in - they usually pick something out for me I wouldn't have thought to try on!
