This was the second time I visited the clinic, and I left completely satisfied with the clinic staff and the Aesthetic Consultant. The staff is amiable and prompt to accommodate you in the clinic. Cecilia, the Aesthetic skin consultant, did a thorough skin evaluation on my face, pointing out some issues that need attention and treatment. Then, she gave me a complete facial spa treatment (cleaning, followed by exfoliation and hydration therapy), leaving my skin clean, smooth, and rejuvenated. My husband was the first person to notice the difference in my skin when I got back home. I was impressed by Cecilia's knowledge and understanding of skin care.Thanks Cecilia.

Staff are very nice and knowledgeable. They could do better on the wait times, but other than that I can’t complain.

I called this morning to make an appointment and they told me that there were no appointments available in the morning, but that they could see me from 12 pm onwards, the earlier I arrived the better, I arrived at 11:43 am and it took almost two hours to get there. the waiting room, they called me to take my blood pressure, etc. I have been in the room for almost an hour and the doctor still hasn't seen me. What I see wrong with this clinic is that there is only one doctor who takes care of many people, That is why the delay of more than 3 hours and what they did very wrong is not to take appointments in the afternoon, that is, if it is urgent, you have to wait around 3 to 4 hours, I disagree with that!

Very friendly staff and excellent care. Dr. Miguel was quick and very very friendly which made the visit much more comfortable. He answered any questions I had and handled everything even to scheduling surgery with a trusted surgeon for me. By far the best service I've had in a doctors office for over 10 years.

The staff is amazing! Miguel has great bedside manner. My husband and I both recommend this practice. Saturday hours are really convenient for those whose work a lot like me because I run a practice too.

I had scheduled a specific test through the phone, they asked for my information & so they scheduled me for the test I asked for. When i went there, it took over an hour for the doctor to even come to my room just to say I can’t have that test done because of my age and that I could go home. They couldn’t have said that through the phone? She refused to check anything else after i told her i was worried. Got no type of work done and they still charged $110. What a waste of time & money. The doctor was really rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. Not professional at all.

I was scheduled an appointment for Saturday, November 27th. I get there at 8:00 am, and no one is there. It took 5 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. They didn't know anything because they are only after hours customer service. Finally, I see a note on the door saying they will reopen on November 29th. I was sent 3 reminders, one every day since Thursday, stating my appointment is November 27th. This is so unprofessional being I needed clearance for surgery. I work throughout the week. I chose this place because they are open on Saturdays. I just don't understand how you can schedule someone an appointment for a day you will be closed.

I have called 4 times and no one answers, they just pick up the phone and hang up on the first ring. I have been here before and no major issues, but goodness! Why not answer the phone if you pick up.

Seem to only focus on making money than helping people. I did not receive the care I needed. The guy working front desk was nice though

I was visiting my Daughter, I had not have a physical exam for sometime, so I called and made a appointment, upon my arrival i was greeted by a very nice person at the waiting area, which took all my information and did all the paper work need. i did not wait long and the nurse, came out and greeted me and took all my vitals, then i was escorted to the doctors waiting room, the doctor entered the room and greeted me and ask me a lot of questions, i could tell he is a caring person and was listening to my issues, i felt comfortable with him. he ask the nurse to do blood work on me, i was a little nervous i do not like needles, but she was very good at finding my vein, and the process was painless, i was given a prescription, and i left, a few days later the doctor called me and explain my results, pointed out the overall view of my health, and she also made a lot of suggestions to improve my quality of health. I highly recommend this place, quality service and very professional staff.

First visit went fine, then after the service is not as good as it seems. Been there so many times since this was our household primary doctor, but things are going in a different direction. X-rays, any test results, or any other type of test takes forever to get the results if you are lucky, otherwise they are not given. I got my bills first than a got a hold of the results, which is so ridiculous, very very disappointed. Sometimes patients wait so long there to see a doctor about 45 minutes sometimes more than that. People travel from far away to come to this location to get a good service, instead people there don't provide the service that's been promised.
