Very understaffed. Slow processing times. Appointment was made a day in advance and took more than an hour to be seen. Would not recommend.

I have had great experiences at other FastMed Urgent Care facilities so when I needed a quick appointment near work and saw this location had availability, I was thrilled! However, once I arrived, I was terribly upset with the level of care received. I waited nearly an hour past my appointment time (which I completely understand wait times will be longer than expected during flu/covid season) and once I finally was able to see a provider, I felt like she was not listening to a word I said, which was later confirmed when she didn't prescribe one of the medications I needed because she didn't hear me say I had none left. Advocating for your own care is important, but it should not have to be so hard every step of the way that you almost believe it would be less painful to just avoid seeking care all together. After paying for services and "band aid" medication, I have made a follow up appointment elsewhere, hoping the physician I see will be more willing (or just willing period) to listen to me as a patient who is trying to explain their symptoms and habits in my health that might help diagnose and treat the issue, as opposed to suggesting Robitussin and a co-pay. I recommend you avoid this location.

The front desk was efficient and nice. The NP did a great job at figuring out the correct medications to resolve my issue fast. Very pleased!

I've grown accustomed to poor customer service and I expect to encounter miserable employees with bad attitudes. It seems ridiculous to me to think I was pleasantly surrounded here. It wasn't just one person. Everyone that I dealt with was kind, helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond to help me. I will be back! Thank you, Ladies!

Update 11/18: These people didn’t do their job. I made an appointment with my primary care yesterday after being on an antibiotic for 6 days and getting no relief. Turns out I had Covid and FLU and this urgent care didn’t test for either when I went. I could of been taking something to fight these very contagious diseases but now it’s too late and I have to suffer through all the symptoms that come with Covid and FLU. I imagine my kids brought it home from school, I’m so displeased with the service I received.Sunday 11/12: I made an appointment at 11:15 and arrived 10 minutes early. I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes, got my vitals done by the nurse, and waited another 30 minutes for the doctor to walk in and me describe my symptoms. After describing my symptoms and seeing me a total of 5 minutes, she tried to prescribe the one medication I’m allergic to. I normally don’t leave feedback and just give 5 stars when a clinic has done everything right but this doctor didn’t even look at my chart to see what I was allergic to.Also the walk in that came in 15-20 minutes after my arrival was seen by the doctor before me and was checked out and gone before I got seen by the doctor. I know this because the walls are paper thin. The entire appointment took an hour and 15 minutes despite only seeing the doctor for 5 minutes and it wasn’t busy

They advertise a procedure they don’t provide. This is textbook false advertising and is illegal. Go to the fastmed website and they talk about i&d and even say they drain abscesses and pack them if they’re extremely large and deep. I called to confirm. When I got to the clinic, the doctor seemed bewildered that I requested drainage of an abscess and said they only pop small little cysts. My abscess wasn’t even large enough to be packed, yet your website says you do i&d up to packing of wounds. The doctor said they don’t do that procedure at fastmed. Your website says you do. Go out of business please and refund my copay.I would go as far as to demand you refund my out of pocket max that I spent on an ER visit I didn’t need, since your doctor wouldn’t do the procedure I knew I needed, came there for, and was advertised at this clinic and instead advised me to go to the ER for sepsis (which I didn’t have) where I waited 5 hours and paid $3,000. I’m pretty humble but I knew what I needed with zero medical school.

Sabrina was super helpful at the front desk getting me in for a physical and TB testing for work! She was very thorough and efficient. Pilacie was very kind and calm in her demeanor throughout my visit. Dhrupa, the Nurse Practitioner was also very helpful and kind during her examination. Highly recommend!

I was given contradictory information regarding my medication needs for a severe poison ivy rash. One visit, a doctor said a steroid injection would work better for my needs than an oral steroid, only to be given the exact opposite advice on my return visit. This contradictory advice delayed my getting better and arguably extended the duration of the rash. I still don’t understand two doctors giving such contradictory information on such a severe case of poison ivy.

My mom and I love this place! They are very nice, fast and thorough! If you need to go somewhere and fast, this is the place. They also take walk-ins and that is very convenient! Try it!

Excellent Care and Kind Staff at FastMed!Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 stars)I'm incredibly grateful for the kind and courteous staff at FastMed. Meagan and Sabrina at the check-in desk were always sweet, and Pilacie was thorough and did a great job taking my vitals. My provider, Drew, was top-tier and methodical. Thanks to them, I'm on the mend. Highly recommended!

"Open 365" except Labor Day, apparently. Defeats the purpose of urgent care if they're unexpectedly closed for the day.

At first I was a little worried. The person at the front desk told me it could be a long wait and advised I go to the Hargett St location, 10 miles away, instead. I decided to stay and wait here. It beat driving through downtown traffic and paying for parking. I arrived a little after 12pm and I was brought back to check my vitals before 12:30pm. No long wait at all. The power went out briefly but there wasn't any panic. The provider, Tranh was very kind and professional. Despite the power outage she did an examination and made me feel very comfortable. She is a class act. I left before 1pm and was able to pickup my prescription an hour later. I am very thankful for her kindness and professionalism today.

Dr.Paula is an absolute angel on earth. I nearly chopped the tip of my finger off and it absolutely needed stitches. I freaked out and did not want them at all. Dr.Paula calmed me down and reassured me we could try something else. She glued my thumb and then had a follow up. She was so so so nice and very attentive. Thank you very much Dr.Paula :)

Went after my regular Dr. dismissed me having a mucusy cough for almost a month as a seasonal virus offering no meds. Came here because it was effecting my breathing. Dr.Spears was so accommodating and very knowledgeable. It had turn to bronchitis/possibly pneumonia. I am so glad my son convinced me to go there. Front desk was great too.
