I scheduled an appointment for 8:00 am, showed up to find it closed for the day, even though the website allowed me to schedule. Following the hours posted on the door, I rescheduled for 8:00 the following Monday, arrived right on time to locked doors and waited until 8:30 before leaving. This place is a joke and clearly has no management. Will never be returning. Only giving it a star because I have to. STEER CLEAR!!!

I deleted my previous review so I could include details.I needed a last minute appointment because I started feeling ill Tuesday evening! (Turns out I had the flu + a high-grade fever.)I'd first like to thank the sweet young lady at the front desk! She was amazing before and when I got there. (Apologies I've forgotten your name, otherwise I would've included it in my review.)And secondly, PA, Richard Bartholomew - who was very compassionate, patient and attentive! That meant a lot!I am improving slowly - but surely!!Thank you all very much! And Happy Holidays! :)- Q

Don’t Have Too Many Nice Things To Say When I Was Seen For Wheezing and A Bad Cough and Was Told I Had An URI and Bronchitis. Only To Go To The ER The Next Day and Be Diagnosed With Pneumonia!!!! Which Is Very Serious! I Would Love To Speak To Someone About My Visit On 11/23/2023

FastMed is my go to for routine urgent care. The facility is clean and inviting, the staff friendly and knowledgeable and appointments are usually available at the last minute. I definitely recommend FastMed!

I was able to visit FastMed on a lunch break and get my drug screening finished within a 30 minute time frame. I came in and staff were friendly, helpful and thorough. I was called back to complete my visit and the staff were professional and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend people visit any location of theirs.

All the staff are kind and efficient. The PA, Richard Bartholomew, who saw me was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job treating my injury. His assistant Victor was nice and helpful, too. FastMed at Glenwood Avenue is a great place to get your basics and emergencies covered.

Scheduled my visit on Saturday night at 11:30 PM for 08:30 AM Sunday morning at which time their site stated that that is the opening time. I decided to go before church to avoid the rush if there was one and I was feeling worse by the moment. I got there at 08:22 to be early. I saw a gentleman also waiting but he left after awhile. I kept checking if they were open or for some life in the office area. I did not see anyone and after staying to 08:52 decided that the staff had better things to do than to treat people for their illnesses So I left and went the the Fast Med on Creedmoor Ave. I was in and out in less than an hour. The Fast Med on Creedmoor were very helpful and professional.

My personal experience at Fast-Med was absolutely the best! I am 67 years old and had many trips to Urgent Care Centers. The fact that I was seen by a Doctor rather than a PA was a welcomed surprise. He was excellent. He took time to listen to have a better understanding. All of the Staff were both efficient and kind. I highly recommend FastMed!

This is not an urgent care center, they only do drug screens at this location. The name needs to be changed, very misleading!!!

Long wait though not busy. Intake agent was friendly. Offc not too cold or too hot. Quiet, but didn't feel welcome one way or the other. Just a patient. Period.

If you like for your doctor to not listen to your symptoms, and to get an attitude with you when you express that you've already tried the treatment he's suggesting and it's only made your symptoms worse, "Zach" is the guy for you! He'll also leave then snarklily come back in and suggest off the wall lab tests and when you express that it your symptoms don't align with what he's suggesting(which he already knows because he ruled it out in the beginning), he'll toss the swabs he brought in on the counter and very quickly prescribe you something he originally claimed wouldn't work just so he's prescribed you something to get you out of his office. All of this while being not even 6 inches from where you're sitting. I caught wind of these behaviors and decided to just give up and leave. I'm very tired of doctors like this. Not to mention I heard one of the nurses calling for him and asking other nurses where he was while I was waiting because they hasn't seen him in a long time. I wasn't there to just simply be prescribed something, I was there for insight and help. But the second I told him the first thing he suggested didn't work for me he switched to just acting annoyed and wouldn't offer anything else until he very clearly just wanted to get rid of me. And a word of advice to Zach, if you're getting aggravated with your patients, please back up to at least a few feet because being close enough to touch knees while someone is getting upset with you is extremely uncomfortable. Thanks. I'll never be back to this location. What a waste of time and money.

My first time here I got such warm introduction from the receptionist and the doctor felt like known them for years Hopefully I won't have to come back but if I it would DEFINITELY be here..Service was A1
