fri jul25th driver did not deliver said it was a holiday Monday 28th again said it was a holiday. I went to this location to find out how I could get my package 2 hours after the ti.e the driver alleged my apartment was closed for holiday and was told it is in storage behind approximately 1200 packages. when I asked when it would be delivered I was told maybe tomorrow or the next day, or the day after that or the day after that etc etc. The do not care and there is no repercussions for bad service from them
Update: 6 days Fedex has been cruising Raligh with my chair ...mocking me

This is the second time I've had FedEx express. The first time around my package was scheduled to be delivered and out for delivery it never came and some how was left at the warehouse. I literally seen the FedEx delivery agent ride right by me at a speed of about 90 on a 45mph rd when I received it, the package wasn't delivered to the home as instructed. This time around my package was scheduled to be delivered today between 12-2pm. Once again I seen the FedEx express van pass right on by at a speed of about 90 mph. Still no package. I called around 3:30 to 4:00pm and all they can say it was out for delivery. They asked for my number so I could get delivery updates. I got the updates but it still says you delivery expected between 12-2pm. It's now 5:41 and still no package. I've been waiting all day for it. Not once did a FedEx vehicle enter my drive or road. Know the text message updates says do not reroute or Hal and your estimated delivery time is still between 12-2pm. This is twice in a row. Now I have to wait till 8:00 just to see if it's going to be delivered to the home as scheduled and not the mailbox as there are specific delivery instructions for it to be delivered to the home. I'm convinced I will not receive my package and once I do receive it. It'll be something completely different just like the first package. The customer service rep was ok. The automated rep sends you in circles and the delivery driver is definitely suspected as a delivery thief at this point. Has to be stealing information and products

Multiple delivery dates pushed back as my package just sits here "delayed" I can say this is the last time. If I see fedex as the delivery method I just won't be purchasing the product anymore.

This is a horrible location, good only for dropping off in the outside box if needed. The person referenced in many of these reviews is indifferent and unmotivated. We dropped off a large number of ground packages at 5:00 on a Tuesday evening (cut off is 7 or 7:30 pm). He was clearly annoyed, and did not bother to get the packages processed - they did not go out that night. Very sorry to have asked him to do his job / actually work. But with Fedex, there is no accountability. Our company does not even know who our account representative is. We are considering changing our shipping provider to UPS (who is frankly not much better but what do we have to lose).

Didn't even bother to ring the doorbell or knock. I was here all day and went out front to check what was going on and saw a "missed" tag. Worst FedEx ever
