Laziness at its best! The staff is never helpful here! You bring a prepaid label in and they never want to print out anything and it’s always an act of congress that you have to go through print something out. UPS never gives me any issues! Went the chapel hill store and they gave me no problem!

Lady that helped me had a fantastic, friendly attitude and was in and out in a couple minutes. 2 packages to return to WaltonMart with email QR code. Glad to see and have a positive experience in this time of low to no customer service.

This FedEx is always pleasant but today it stood out to me! Tammy helped us with printing a crossword for our wedding - I had brought in my own paper and she noted that she wouldn’t be able to print the file on my paper, which was totally fine (figured there was a chance it wouldn’t work) but then Tammy recommended we try to print the crossword on ivory paper and paste them onto my custom paper. It totally worked great and was a perfect solution! Thanks, Tammy!! We appreciate your help.

Do NOT GET OVERNIGHT AND PAY FOR A EXACT TIME THEY WILL NOT HAVE IT RHER ON TIME THEY THEN MAKE YOU WAIT FOR WEEKS BEFORE YOU CAN DO A REFUND AND THEM THAT TAKES WEEKS

We went to the store to have some items enlarged & printed. Tammy is an absolute jewel. She couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Her customer service skills are top notch. I can’t recommend her enough. She is super knowledgeable about the printing services.

Very convenient location for me. I drop off all of my packages here. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I've never used any of the other services that they offer but their shipping and packaging services are top notch.

I came in yesterday to get something printed and shipped. Mrs. Tammy was so nice she stopped what she was doing behind the desk on the computer to show me and help print my ultrasound photos. Parker was the one who helped with setting up the shipment for me. He saw I had photos and went the extra mile to place it in a photo protector plastic bag along with a paper board to help it not bend. Both are great examples of a true definition of awesome customer service.

This store is actually great. Everytime I go in, I'm treated with respect and care. The staff here are really wonderful. I've gone in numerous times and I #ALWAYS have a delightful transaction, no matter the cashier. That is hard to say in this day and age! Tonight, Parker helped me and he went the extra mile as he has in the past! The ladies that work there are friendly and relatable as well! I use Fedex for all of my printing needs! Tonight, I printed Party Invitations and I am truly pleased with the quality! Thank you to Parker for getting them perfect! :)
