I just submitted my passport through FedEx and I worked with the kindest woman! Her name is Brit and I have nothing but fabulous things to say about her customer service and positive attitude. 10/10 service

Kayla helped me ship some items and was so sweet and helpful! While I had to wait in line a few minutes, I didn't mind, as when I got to the front she was so kind and chatty and even took care of boxing everything for me!
