Fantastic support here! I thought I could print what I needed at the self-serve kiosk, but I had bitten off more than I could chew (or more than the printer/copier could handle). But thanks to the staff at this location, I walked out with exactly what I needed—processed very quickly and at a reasonable cost—and was able to meet my deadline.

Mo is patient and a life saver with the project I wrestled with all day until a quick visit to his store. He helped me do in thirty minutes what I tried to do for several hours on my own. Now I know where to go for future printing needs. Thank you!

I work next to this location, and come in frequently. I have to say Karimah is always friendly, quick, and ready to assist with a smile. Great Customer service is clearly her priority.

This review has nothing to do with FedEx services but with the 2 ladies that work at this location. Tyle and Karimah were so helpful, funny, kind, quick and their customer service skills were something you don't see nowadays. Definitely the location to go to when these two are behind the counter.

FedEx store on 8373 Creedmore road in Raleigh used to be a great spot. Can’t say that anymore. Customer service went down the hill real fast ever since a lady named Tyla joined the team. She seems not to understand that she chose to work in a customer service environment. She speaks badly about customers right before them and in a condescending manner. She is belittling people and acting absolutely inappropriately. Doesn’t care to do her job. Please get this store in oder! If there were no other great employees, I’d give zero stars! FedEx needs to get this store in order!

I just had the most pleasant experience at this FedEx location. The woman who took care of me was chipper, kind, and quick. She multitasked like a pro and was caring for 3 customers at once. I was in and out and even as I was leaving she remembered my name and told me by name to have a wonderful day. I didn’t catch her name but she had really pretty long braids. Thank you for brightening my day!

Nice folks but I am guessing they don’t handle timely printing jobs that are submitted online. Had to call to follow up and get my architectural print job completed.

The last few times I’ve visited they’ve had a hand written not in the window stating “closed until (insert random time)” while their open sign is lit. However this is not listed on their website nor their door. I’ve had to move our business shipping to a UPS store closer to our offices due to their irregular hours. Is this a standard practice??!?!?
