I use this location exclusively for printing large-scale prints for my small business! Taylor and Kim are super friendly and they do an excellent job. Their turnaround times are super quick, and the quality of the print products is always amazing.

STAY AWAY!!!!
They use 10 year old credit card readers that has no touch function and no inserting the card. U need to swipe the actual card. No apply pay nothing

I do all of my business shipping with this location. Everytime I go in I am promptly greeted, assisted above and beyond, and made to feel my business is valued. And I feel my sizable business I do with FedEx is well worth it with a team like this having my back. Great job guys. Don’t listen to the haters on here. You do a great job!

This location used to be good. Now you need to be careful with whoever measures your packages. I measured a box at home (it's a a normal rectangle) and when I got a quote online it came out to about $25 to ship. I went in to the store the same day and someone measured my box/weighed it and voila it came out to $25. Great!
EXCEPT, then some lady comes over and says "let me check your numbers" speaking to the person that measured my box. She proceeded to quickly snap the measuring tape all around (bending it to add length instead of laying it flat) and somehow added at least an inch to every dimension. My box that I (and the first employee) measured at 27 x 13 x 8 suddenly became 28 x 15 x 9 ?! It doesn't sound like much, but now my cost was $40?!? What a scammer.
I asked her why the cost changed so much and why it's not close to the quote I got online and her response was laughable "it's the economy, the rates are based on the dimensions and weight. the online price could be different tomorrow".
To top it off, I went to the Page Road location after this. They measured my box, and wouldn't you believe it, it was 27x13x8 and my cost was $25.
Don't go to this place unless you're willing to triple check the scammer measuring your box and call them out on their horrible practices. Won't be going to this location again.
