For roughly eight years Fidelity has handled the banking needs for myself and my company. I've always enjoyed the people I work with there but the last couple of years have had the pleasure of working with Jasmine Lehman quite a bit. Every time I speak with Jasmine she is so friendly and warm and patient. She is very knowledgeable and never condescending but just sweet and helpful and very thorough.Kudos to Jasmine and the entire Fidelity team!

I’ve been using Fidelity Bank since 2015 and the customer service has been great from day 1. For the past 3 - 4 years, most of my banking has been at the Creedmoor Rd branch, and the whole team has treated me like I was the only customer. Jasmine, Tim, Liz, Tammy, and the rest of the crew have always been attentive and very responsive to me. That’s why I won’t leave Fidelity Bank.

I have been with Fidelity Bank since 1997. They have an amazing team from top to bottom that cater to the clients needs like no other bank I have ever experienced. Frankly I would consider myself a high maintenance client, with several business and personal accounts as well as a trust account. Jay Williams and Tim Hunter have been there for us time and time again for banking advice and providing us everything we need from a banking and financial standpoint to run successful businesses. They are both absolutely top notch. While everyone is fantastic across the board, I have to say that Jasmine Sawyer Lehman is an absolute shining star that goes way above and beyond anything I would ever expect of a customer service representative. She is always kind, accommodating, responsive, understanding and an absolute breath of fresh air anytime we reach out. While Fidelity bank is outstanding on every level, Jasmine makes us feel like part of the Fidelity family and consistently goes out of her way to make sure we are happy and have what we need. Whether its transfers, balance inquiries, loan payments, debit/credit cards, potential fraud exposure, etc, she is on top of it all and does it with a very high level of care and professionalism. If you are thinking about changing banks, go see Jasmine at the Creedmoor branch. You'll be sold immediately.

I have been with Fidelity Bank for the past 2+ years and I get excellent service from everyone. Jasmine Sawyer Lehman is outstanding and my first call whenever I have questions or need help. She and the other team members are why we'll bank with Fidelity for years to come. We started with just our commercial accounts and have now move all of our personal accounts and investment account under the Fidelity umbrella. They live up to their tag line "Right by You".

I first worked with Fidelity 4+ years ago at my former job and Kristi was always helpful and very attentive. About a year ago, I "met" Jasmine over the phone and the situation required us talking daily. She was attentive, knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with! I recently changed career paths and began working for my husband; when asked about opening a new bank account, I knew just the place. Fidelity came to mind for one simple reason...I had NEVER had a bad experience in 4+ years! I can talk to real people every time I call, every branch has smiling, friendly and helpful faces (not to mention my boys love the candy that is always given), but most of all, Jasmine makes time for us! I am well aware she has other clients but she never makes us feel that way. Every email is answered thoroughly and quickly, I never have to wonder when I'll get a response. There are always options provided when requests are made and it is real words y'all, not just links to their website! The one mistake that I made was fixed immediately, efficiently and with the utmost respect. I am not sure there are enough words to describe her, but if you ever have the pleasure of working with Jasmine, you will NOT be disappointed! <3

I absolutely love the team and the experience at Fidelity (Creedmoor Rd branch). I am so grateful I found them and switched to them (in 2019) from the "bigger" bank that I had been with for 20 years. I watched my friends and former partners get completely ignored by that same bank on the first round of PPP, while my application went through with Fidelity on the FIRST DAY the portal opened. Awesome, awesome, awesome personal customer service!!!!

Tim Hunter, a Personal and Business Banker Officer, and Kristi, the branch manager, truly make this bank special. When was the last time a retail banker knew you by your voice? When was the last time a banker called you simply to check on you? When was the last time you called a bank and they knew the correct answer without having to contact four people above them? This branch, along with Tim and Kristi, provides this level of care and that's why they're the bank that I refer my customers to.

I have been banking with Fidelity for a year and I can't speak highly enough of everyone working there. As a small business owner who has worked with other larger banks, the personal attention I receive makes me feel like I am truly appreciated and not just a number. Knowing that "my banker" is only a phone call away is invaluable.
