Nice team. Good work. But idk wtf the point of making an appointment is. My appointment was noon, they started on my truck at 12:40, and weren't done until 1:30.

The worst customer service and racist workshop! My car is still grounded up till this moment because of your inexperience and untrained workers.
The store manger Scott needs additional customer service education and training. He is very very unfit for the position of a store manager. He will also benefit from anger management training. The money you collected without fixing my car - will remain like a stone hung on your neck forever.

My wife's car is an older model car and they have really helped me to get it running and up the par and a very good rate and they even work with you on the price

Manager is a power hungry and a rude individual . Wouldn’t recommend this place. Terrible customer service, don’t waste your time at this location. I was a returning customer and his attitude left a bad taste.

This place is very unprofessional. Sat there waiting for over an hour plus and nobody said anything about my wait knowing I had an appointment. They don't care and it's overpriced!!

I recently went in to get my state inspection completed, and after all of the necessary work was completed (two replacement tires, which I was unsure were actually needed to begin with, and an alignment), they claimed I needed a new battery, and informed me my check engine light came on with some sensor errors. After taking the car to Autozone afterwards, I was informed that the battery, alternator, and starter were all in good condition and did not need replaced, and their reading came back with only 1 error. Overall, I feel like I was oversold on some work on my vehicle, and the timing of the check engine light coming on feels suspicious, as it has not been on for about a year.

They could get my car in, run diagnostics, contact my warranty company, order the part, and get it all done in a few hours. I was prepared to leave my car overnight and am thankful that I didn't need to.

I live in Brier Creek, Raleigh, and I was referred by a friend to this shop. It took 25 minutes of driving each way, but it is totally worth it. I am very impressed by the team. The shop runs SUPER efficiently meanwhile crews are treating the people and work right. I got both inspection and alignment done today. Extremely satisfied.
