Went there for alignment and purchased the lifetime alignment membership. They did not tell me but added the steering wheel calibration in the price, charging me extra. Extremely shady and unprofessional. Also, they adjusted tire pressure without my permission. Recommended tire pressure from my manufacturer is 33psi while they put 37.5 psi! They didn't even inform me of the adjustment! Luckily I was doing my monthly pressure check and found it out! Over inflation can damage your tires severely over time and causes the accidents.
I am reporting them and charging a dispute on my credit card.
Would not recommend this location!

In my opinion this Firestone Location has lost so many qualities and customer service Relations. 2024 I dropped off my 2011 Ford Mustang for an AC/ Charge and the wrong free-on was installed May . 2024 I dropped off my 2019 GMC Yukon for AC service and only one ounce of Free-on was installed. Neither of my 2 issues were ever rectified in Real time nor did I receive a reasonable explanation and or apology for the Error. On 3/21/2025 My GMC Yukon Sat in the Firestone parking lot for almost 2 days after the completion of service and I had to walk inside to inquire. I was so surprised that no one called. I own a Towing and recovery business , and my Golden rule is “If we don’t take care of our customers someone else will. I just think this location needs a slight refresher course on Customer service, and work really hard on always setting clear expectations to your customers!!

These people provide terrible service. I came in on Sunday for an alignment, but they didn't do it and charged me. They also unbalanced my car. I had an appointment today, but they made me wait two hours, only to tell me later that they wouldn't be able to see my car due to lack of staff. They won't answer for the unbalance. My car was properly balanced, and it had been there a week. I'm truly sorry I came here. I don't recommend it at all. They've made me lose time at work for nothing.

Daughter got 2 new front tires, new struts, lifetime alignment on 2/3/25. Alignment printout still showed camber issue (red on printout). Charged $25 for alignment check even after lifetime purchase. Went back 2/6/25 to correct. $25 not refunded. Got other 2 tires on 3/6/25. Was told that she needed another new tire due to uneven wear on FP tire. She told tech that the front are new and he tried to claim tires were rotated 2/6. After 3 days? I don't think so. Seems more like an attempt to scam woman, but she knows better and handled this BS herself

The worst experience in a service, they took 5 hours for something that should have been done in 1 hour since it was only an oil change and a brake inspection, I should have taken the service in another more responsible workshop, they did not respect the appointment, they attended to me until 3 in the afternoon and then they wanted to sell me tires. They thought that I do not know what condition my vehicle is in, I think they did not give me a good service just because I did everything through the Car Advise app. I feel upset since I lost almost the entire afternoon because of them and their poor organization and I give them one star because it is the minimum but I think they deserve a score of 0

This Firestone team seems to be pretty trustworthy. I came in with a dashboard alert, they investigated for an hour or so and then referred me elsewhere based on the technicality of the issue. They didn't charge me anything and took the time to explain the issue. In contrast, the Sir Walter Chevrolet dealership charged me over $200 to say what was wrong-- with zero work done.

Firestone did a good job of diagnosing my vehicle's issues at an acceptable price and keeping me informed. The emails I received as well as the app and web site were a little difficult to use in finding a detailed estimate.

The staff are always good here. No hidden sales pitches. Straight and to the point! For me at least. Good products and great warranties. I keep coming here because I can depend upon the quality.

When took my car in to have the tires rotated the luge was broken off. I had to reschedule to bring the car back in to have it replaced. When the luge was replaced the wrong size luge was installed. I had to bring it in a third time to have it corrected.

I noticed a small oil leak in my engine, so I took my car to Firestone. After inspecting it, they told me that the valve cover gasket needed to be replaced. I approved the work, but when I got home and reviewed the paperwork, I realized they replaced a part I had just replaced two days ago. The gasket was brand new at the time—there’s no way they could have missed it. The gasket, silicone gasket maker, bolts, and covers were all clean and new.
Partly, I take responsibility for approving the change, but I only did so because the original part was listed as “Gasket-Rocker Cover (224412G100)” and they asked me to approve “Valve Cover Set (VS50555).” I’m not a specialist, so I assumed these were different parts. However, given how obvious it was that the gasket had been recently replaced, I’m left wondering if either their staff lacks the expertise to recognize this or if they noticed but decided to proceed with the replacement anyway—or possibly didn’t even touch the part.
I honestly don’t know which scenario is worse.

I've done business here over the years for all of my vehicles. After the pandemic, the level of service never recovered. Takes longer to get the car than committed, items not completed, items not fixed 1st time, desk staff is rude. I'm not sure I will be going back to the franchise again. Its unnerving. The seating area, restrooms, and parking lots are unkempt. Swipe a credit card and you have to answer a bunch of donation questions. I hope they can make Firestone great again.

Staff was friendly, greeted me on entry and appointment was handled on time. Store needs a little better lighting and updating to make it more comfortable. Overall I would return to this location

Booked an appointment online, took off work for it and when i showed up they said my appointment was requested and not confirmed. if it was confirmed i never got a notification. i was told to show up by 1115, which i was here and then got turned away. this business seems disorganized and unstructured. 10/10 would not recommend.
