Excellent service and great employees. It's definitely one of the best banks I have had the opportunity to bank with. Facility is also very nice and clean and they also provide little snacks like soda, water etc. I've never felt more comfortable at any other bank the way I have felt here. Some banks rush to sell you a product you don't really need just so they can make their goals. Definitely recommend this bank.

The best bank I have ever worked with. Their customer service is like nothing else I’ve ever experienced. I felt like I was just an inconsequential number at Bank of America and switching to First Bank has made all the difference in the world

Superior customer service. When my Dad passed away, they couldn't have been more helpful setting up an estate account and assisting with all of the requests we made to finalize everything. Very impressed with everyone we encountered.
