Went to Stonehenge branch to get some $50's and they didn't have any. How can a bank not have any $50's?.. Teller said it's Christmas. I said, no it's not, it's December 4th.

I’m very disappointed how I’m treated when I come into this branch. Teller by the name Zari Ashtari was very rude, she’s never friendly to me when I come inside the branch. When I do have to do a transaction I will not engage with her. This issue needs to be addresses because people like her need to be more polite to people no matter what color you are. She deserves no star!!

My new favorite banking location!It’s right next door to my new go to grocery store.Going through the drive through to make a deposit is always fast and the tellers are friendly!

I had the unfortunate luck to deal with Jen Rigowski on either a home equity line of credit or a loan for home renovations. After weeks of filling out applications and waiting she finally tells us we have been approved….. for the wrong amount. She did not give us all the information that we needed to get the amount we told her we were looking for. She talked through our options (re-apply or go with a traditional loan instead of the line of credit) and told us to call her with questions. After less than an hour of talking it over we called her back… to find out she left early for the day. So we waited over the weekend and had to put all our reno plans on hold until we talked to her. Come Monday morning we find out (after many unanswered calls to her) through the main line that she is on vacation for the next WEEK. We were told no one else could help unless we wanted to start a new application. So we started that process and are now being told completely different criteria for the loan from a different person. I wish we had done some more research before even coming to this bank with our business. The only thing I can do is prevent others from making the same mistake. DO NOT GO HERE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Pretty disappointed, have been coming here for years because of exceptional service by the staff. It appears they have changed some management and employees because the service is pretty abysmal now. Was told they could not help me in person so they gave me a phone number to call, a number that I was not even supposed to be able to call in the first place, and that told me that only talking to a branch in person could help with. After sending me on a wild goose chase they kicked me out of the lobby one minute after closing rather than ask if they could do anything else to help me. Would recommend going to another branch if you need help with anything.

I opened an account last March. My account was hacked in July. May or May not have been my fault. First citizens immediately closed my account before calling me. I was then told to reapply in 6 months. I reapply, they close the account in 2 hours. Made appointment with Bank manager, who said she would look into it and call me. No call ever received. Called back and was told my information was not acceptable. No explanation. They lost a customer.

Small okay bank. Still family owned hq in north hills. Not that much of tech friendly. But overall will say a tossup an a little righty. Slow and small compared to competition in triangle market even with chase making entry....

The commercials about putting the customer first are completely false. This location specifically showed a level on incompetence that should not exist when it comes to personal banking. I made a very large deposit & requested less than .005% in the form of cash. A $25k deposit & they refused to give me $200 in cash. Ridiculous!! Why do I still bank here? That will change soon enough. Furthermore, why is First Citizens STILL charging me for a safe deposit box I closed over a year ago? Watch these people with your money!!!
