The worst experience.This used to be Union Bank but First National bought them out. Long hold on my check that I deposited from my own business account from another bank. Late on all my bills and my children's childcare payments. I was told I altered my signature card and they threaten to close my account unless I signed it the way they wanted it signed. Went to Providence Bank instead no problems the way I sign the card there.
The good is the people that are the tellers there. Bryce was real helpful at this location and all the tellers I used were really great folks.

This is a smaller bank but the people that work there are great! I've always had friendly encounters with everyone that works here.
