I called ahead of time to ask if this bank offered Cashier's checks. I was told that they do. When we got there, they told us they do not which ruined plans we had for the day. They need to be either more organized or have better training for the people who work there.

I’ve been with them for a few years now and I’ve never had any issues. Always very helpful and they’re amazing when it comes to fraud prevention. :)

Took my 17 year old daughter into the bank which I have been banking with them right after she was born she started her first job had save 2 checks and mind you she’s already on a saving account here under me a teller who I had never seen before there have been some many to come and go but this one said that she called my daughters employer and because no one answer the phone and she could not verify my daughter employment she had to put check on 7 day hold which my daughter was depositing both checks one in saving one in checking ...then my daughter has her boss which is the owner of Royal parking I had her to step to the side and call him upon him picking up I spoke with him explained what the teller said which didn’t make sense to him either he asked what could her do to help and would they speak with him I gave her the phone I saw her writing down what I found out later to be his administrator number they wasn’t in the office due to covic she called they number then tells me because they number he gave her was not in phone book she still had to put the checks on hold by this time I am heated but I remand calm because I already knew I was calling the corporate office and report this shame less act on top of that she than at the end gives my daughter 2 papers to sign without telling her what the were which I took them read and screenshot them as my proof to email to corporate now they are on hold because of something different then the employment not been able to be verified all that time having us in that bank making it seem like we were some type of criminals ..... One thing for sure she will never touch anything else with my information or my daughter as long as she working the bank I promise you that I will move all 3 account first before that happen Teller#23579 with her disgraceful service period

The customer service at this bank is terrible the bank teller name Latifah was very rude to me when I asked her questions about the different bank account you offered she rolled her eyes at me and could hardly explained the different account she storms off and asked the other teller to take me I asked who was the Manager she said she was so I left with management like that I can imagine the service I would get so I will be opening a account elsewhere
