The family plan isn’t worth it. It’s always something else that needs to be done in order to keep the family plan. You will have to pay for an oil change and tire rotation if you don’t allow them to preform the other services….example: spark plugs have to be replaced by them.

Purchasing our new Nissan Rouge was a very smooth experience. Shout out to Andy Ruiz (sales) who helped us with this purchase. Brought in my car for a under hood recall and I was told 60-90min but turned into a 3 hour wait and it’s only because I went in to ask about it the status of my car. Only to find out my car was ready a while ago and was just sitting there. It was due to the service tech was at lunch……But don’t let that persuade you to no come to this dealership it’s super nice and I’m sure they are great at selling cars to people. For my next car I’ll check them out. But the service department just needs a little work that’s all.

We just purchased a vehicle from this dealership and worked with Oday. He was professional, honest, and prompt. We had visited other dealerships and this was by far the best experience. We are not local but would definitely come back to this dealer again!

I have purchased 3 cars from Nissan as well as 2 of my family members. I like working with Malcolm. He's a excellent sales person and Carl goes above and beyond . Chris took care of a small service issue.Nissan has been very kind as well as the financial Manager sorry, can't remember your name. Add a small issue in service and they are taking care of it. It may be I wasn't having the best day when I last left my last review. But overall nissan has treated me better than any other car lotlin the raleigh area
