I took my car in for service and was charged 2,100dollarswhen they said they replaced an expense part. I found out later they replaced a fuse, when I confronted the service manager, he laughed at me and walked away. I will never go back to these money hungry peopleTHANK GOODNESS TOYOTA CORPORATION IS INVESTIGATING AS THEY SAID THEY HAVE MANY COMPLIANTS ADOUT SERVICE DEPT OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS

The dealership is advertised as "The Family Store". We have different definitions of on how to treat family.I sent my 21 year old daughter to get her oil changed and tires rotated since we had bought the car from them. The car has just over 25,000 miles on it. Robert Tomes the Assistant Service Manager at Toyota dealership on Glenwood Rd was her service advisor. He told her she needed to do the 30,000 mile service and front end alignment. My daughter twice told him she just wanted what she came in for.... the oil change and tire rotation. He told her the tire rotation was part of the 30,000 mile service . She told him yes to do the tire rotation. With slight of word, Mr. Tomes took the response as confirmation of the 30,000 mile service. When the car was ready. They presented her with a over $300 bill. She questioned why it was so much. Mr. Tomes told she had to pay the bill or she wouldn't get her car back. She paid and left in tears as she called me. Interestingly enough we had a issue when we bought the car. I passed it off as a one off issue. But I guess it wasn't and that Mr. Tomes saw an opportunity to take advantage of a young female who trusted them to do the right thing.I wouldn't make it as an advisor there as I lead with integrity and have to sleep at night. Therefore be careful if you send your child there, be on guard.In a positive note. I gave them a 2 star because the Tech did discover a small piece of metal in the right front tire outer wall. For that I'm grateful as she had to drive back to college the next day.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Fred Anderson Dealership. Once we made a decision to purchase our car, Brandon Torres was very efficient and knowledgeable about the whole purchasing process. He stayed late to help us with completing all the necessary paperwork and make sure all our needs were met. All the staff at this dealership were friendly and very helpful.

It's always a nervous experience buying a car. Marcus Miles, my sales rep at Fred Anderson Toyota, put all that nervousness to rest the moment he shook my hand. From the start he was honest, upfront and professional. He never tried to push me into anything, rather he asked me what I wanted and then gave me options. There was no haggling, just simple negotiations. It was a refreshing car buying experience! I'd like to thank Marcus and the entire team for their kindness and the way the treated me like "one of their own. "

Robert Gales and his manager Jeremiah Graves were amazing to work with. Robert gave me a warm welcome & started the process right away. I’ve been to dealerships in the past where I had to wait for hours. Robert & Jeremiah exceeded my expectations. I am recommending anyone looking for reliable transportation with decent payments to stop by to see Robert. He’s definitely an asset to this company. I am so grateful, excited, & happy on the purchase of my 2020 Toyota Camry. Shout outs to Robert & Jeremiah for all their hard work!!

I am new to the area and needed an oil change for my vehicle. I saw a coupon for an oil change here and decided to try them out. I made an appointment and when I got to the dealership, Lee Zambelli was my service advisor. While we were getting me set up in the system, he was busy telling me a story and apparently forgot to enter the "coupon". I received a video where the technician explains what they find. It was difficult to understand the video and I thought maybe Lee would come find me to explain. He did not and after I received a text asking to approve $3000 worth of extra repairs needed, I declined all of them. I am stunned Lee did not think these problems were serious enough to come talk to me. I have no idea if they are serious or not. A few minutes later I received a text saying the vehicle was ready. Of course the price was wrong because Lee forgot to enter the coupon. I got another surprise because he said since I needed more than 5 quarts of oil, I was charged an extra $13 for more oil. Maybe this is just how this dealership works, I told Lee I would not be back and he just walked away. I guess he did not care if I did not have a good experience.

I had an outstanding experience yesterday afternoon at Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh, all thanks to the incredible salesman, Max Mullin. From the moment I walked up to the door, Max was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the ideal car for what I wanted and within my budget. He listened to my needs and preferences, and with his expertise, he guided me to a vehicle that exceeded my expectations and not a SUV I would have normally considered. Max made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. I can't thank him enough for his exceptional customer service. I drove home in my new car last night. Five stars aren't enough to express my gratitude! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐➕

They were very easy to work with and everyone was very friendly. Our salesman, JR Hayes was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking for and was very easy to work with through the process. When I picked the vehicle up, he took the time to explain a lot of the features and said if I had any questions to give him a call. Mr. Lateef handled the paperwork and made it a quick and easy process. I hate the car buying process, but they made it easy and painless. I would definitely buy another vehicle from here.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. When you call or go in, ask for Preston Elmer - not too pushy, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Every person I interacted with, from the phone sales rep (Marissa) to the sales managers, was great.I also got a great deal on a new Sienna with no miles. This was the only dealership that had any in stock and they still gave me the best price I could find in all of NC.Lastly, the finance manager was great as well. Omar handled my paperwork and he was fast and fair.Great place, ask for Preston.

We recently purchased our 3rd 4 Runner, and my 9th Toyota, from Fred Anderson Toyota of Raleigh. Mario was an awesome salesperson. He was able to answer all of our questions and was knowledgeable about the model. He was also very respectful in allowing my husband and me to look over the vehicle and discuss our options without hovering. This means a lot to me. There was zero pressure, and I appreciate that so much. Sales manager Justin was very personable and professional, while making our experience fun. Between Mario, Justin, and my husband, we were able to quickly negotiate an agreed upon price in a very expedient manner. We went in with a preapproval, and the dealership was able to get us a better interest rate. The finance manager Toby was a little too snarky in our opinion and is the only reason we give 4 instead of 5 starts. He was very rude to us when we wanted to take a moment to discuss the extended warranty before accepting or declining the coverage. His exact words when my husband needed to step out to make a quick phone call were "there are a lot of other people waiting to be seen". That is true, and we value their time, but we also value being allowed five minutes to make an informed decision before spending several thousand dollars. Overall, I highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota in Raleigh for your needs. I would only suggest gathering your own knowledge regarding extended warranties prior to sitting down with the finance manager.

I bought a RAV4 hybrid from Fred Anderson and I had a great experience with them. Fred Anderson is not the closest dealership to me, but their services worth the extra traveling. Duane Watts was my sales rep. He was very patient and answered my questions with great details. He tailored his recommendations to my needs and never once pushed anything to me. I felt very comfortable taking my time to think, raising questions, expressing my needs, and never felt rushed in the process at all. Duane was also responsive when I emailed/texted him with extra questions. After I purchased the car, he also gave me very detailed explanations and demonstrations of all the features of my car. He’s the most helpful sales consultant I have ever experienced! The whole experience was great and I would for sure recommend Duane and Fred Anderson Toyota Raleigh to my friends if they ever need to buy a car!

He was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, and spent extra time with me going over the features of my car and making sure I got the best deal.
