Updated... it was brought to my attention that they do have after hours recovery options and their driver was on a call at the time,they were courteous despite my frustration and responded in a timely manner. That's all you can ask.

Lordy, this woman has been a life saver numerous times! From a flat tire to locking keys in your car or just plain needing towed, I’ll always recommend how awesome she is! Plus, who can beat a bad a$$ woman!

I work at a high-end service center, and I've never used Kristy personally, but I have observed her and how she treats people's property when she brings it in here, and I have to say that watching someone actually take the time to care, and really just show the proper reverence for the fact that someone invested heavily in their car and doing her best to protect that investment, even in the car owners absence, is pretty phenomenal. I will definitely use Freedom Towing, if I ever find myself in need of a tow. It is 100% worth waiting, to me, if it means the person handling my stuff, actually cares about it.

Literally the best towing experience I have ever had from start to finish! I needed a tow from Raleigh to Burlington, and after calling several other places they were able to help. The wait wasn’t long and the young lady (I hate that I didn’t get her name) that came out to help was very quick, polite and professional. Friendly, helpful, efficient, and fast. Kristy was incredibly friendly and helpful in solving the problem and genuinely cared to help and follow up. I hope I don’t have to use them again, but if need arises this is the only place I’d go.

I had my big dulley truck break down the mechanic shop recommended freedom towing best decision I made im hours from home the service that this young lady gave me was phenomenal very caring and soft spoken came way out the way to pick my vehicle up and even waited for me to come where she was at didnt complain or poor mouth at all with my experience from any wrecker company i had to deal with was rude and always rushing you not one time did she rush me but asked multiple times did i get everything out my truck and even went behind me to make sure i got everything i would highly recommend this guys price wise and service best ever thank you guys for being fast efficient and good priceService: Car towing
