Great place with great people! My trainer Jenny is very professional and made everything related to working out a stress free & easy to understand process for a complete beginner like me. She also provides meal plans, things to look out for and corrects your form to make sure you get results. Highly recommend.

This place is the best! I have been working with Jenny since August, 2021. Both she and Coach K have been absolutely fantastic, from the first meeting through to today.During my workouts, Jenny has taken a personalized approach to helping me achieve my fitness goals. She has shaped special workouts to account for my accident prone areas (I have a troublesome knee), and adjusts her coaching style to match me (I respond well to encouragement and she knows things are heavy enough when I grimace just a little). With her coaching, I have reduced fat and gained muscle, while setting personal benchmarks for weight lifting and flexibility. Under Jenny's guidance, I have never had an injury, or even so much as a muscle strain.Outside of our workouts, Jenny provides guidance on diet and exercise, and is consistently available and so supportive any time if I have questions when working out on my own. As a result, I have developed a routine of independent gym-going and healthier eating habits, and I feel confident I am doing the right things.10/10 would recommend Frontline Fitness in general, and Jenny in particular, to anyone looking for excellent support in achieving fitness goals.

Trying to get back on track with my fitness and health, and I'm glad I chose Frontline Fitness. I have had a personal trainer at the YMCA and she was good, but Kenny is on a whole 'nother level! His knowledge about the human body and what it needs to reach your goal is astounding at times, and because of that he knows how hard to push you and when you have reached your limit even if you don't. I have only been a client for a short time and already love it.

I had the opportunity to meet Coach K and work with Arwaa for a few months now. It's been a pleasure, informative and fun. I felt like I was addicted to go and work out with them and looked forward to it every week. Coach K has an amazing team that really listens to their clients and help them achieve their goals. I'm very happy I met them all. I had a hard time getting back in shape after my second pregnancy. Arwaa helped me lose body fat but gain muscle at the same time. I've never felt this proud of myself and confident before. Thank you!

The gym is small, but clean and orderly. Kenny knows his stuff. He is thorough and patient. I wanted to work on shape, tone and definition, so he crafted a program around those goals. He pushed me when I needed it, but made sure I gradually improved— no injuries from overdoing it. He made sure my form was perfect on each different exercise so that I could eventually do them on my own. He is family oriented. Not only have I gained muscle, but a friend and brother. After working with him one on one for several months, I have now graduated to working on my own. I feel much better, and like the way I look (so does my husband!) If you’re looking for a personalized fitness program, Frontline is the place to go!”

Can’t recommend this place enough. Coach Kenny has put together a very good team and a great setup. You feel like a part of the family. Ryan was my trainer and I highly recommend him. He’s very technical and helps you concentrate on the right things.

It had been at least 15 years since I had lifted weights at a gym. I didn't feel that I had either the technique or the confidence to get started back on my own. Ryan at Frontline Fitness, taught me what I needed to know so that I now feel confident going to the gym and lifting on my own. Ryan is awesome.

Kenny Ragsdale, trainer and owner over at FrontLine Fitness, is both an amazing motivator and an incredibly kind person. As a Physical Therapist, I understand the importance of making fitness and health fun, approachable, and practical, and Kenny absolutely knocks it out of the park!!! In working with him, I can see the passion he has for helping people transform their lives.When you meet him, you will immediately feel entirely comfortable being yourself. He is positive, fun, and SO encouraging. He's the type of person who loves seeing others succeed, and he's right there to help every step of the way. He is extremely accomplished, disciplined, and professional, yet still somehow manages to be one of the warmest and most approachable people I've met in quite some time. While it’s a one on one setting, it still feels like a family. There is a great effort from the staff to make sure that everyone knows each other. It provides a team atmosphere in that regard. The one on one setting is great to get the attention you need to see results.

I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Coach K and his team are true professionals, astute in their profession and passionate about fitness. I've been working out all of my adult life and never really considered hiring a personal trainer. Now, as an older adult, and having been introduced to FrontLine Fitness, I view having a personal trainer as an investment in my health. My trainer, Coach Arwaa is Coach Awesome and I look forward to her grueling workouts each week! I have some goals I want to reach over the next couple of months and I trust FrontLine Fitness can help me accomplish them as long as I do my part!
