The staff here have always been very nice. My only complaint is that I have come in several times on the weekend, to the one staff member being overrun by people.

the African American women just selected fair out of {fair, good, pristine} on my brand new iPhone 14. she was rude and frankly shouldn't be working at the establishment. I just sold an old iphone 12 for more money at a dofferent location than she offered me for my brand new 14. she looked at me, profiled me and decided to screw me over . I will add photos of my "fair" (pristine) Iphone she just tried to screw me over on. check it out ! And don't go to this location! Especially if she is working!

Poor customer service. I called the store the young lady answered the phone RUDE. Then she left me on the phone on hold for over 6 minutes while she checked out customers, talking and laughing with her co workers. Oh, you will never get my money again!!

I'm a lifetime gamer so I'm always at the store getting a new remote when I burn it out. I go into this location , with the controller and the cord and I'm told by I guess the staff member that is in transition (female to male )with dreadlocks that I could not get another controller because I didn't have a sticker or bag . And that is what the staff member in transitioning manager told them to say was policy whenever a customer has come in without the sticker or bag. Needless to say I called another location and they said that is not true. Most purchases can be looked up in the system . It can it just takes time sometimes because it can show up to two years of history but it is do able without a sticker.. I'm going to spend my money and time somewhere else where people take their time to help me.

Always have had great buying experiences here. Staff is always friendly and helpful with various items in the store. Whatever management is doing it seems to work well here.

Was a quick stop. They replaced my controller that I had a warranty on and the service was quick and easy to talk to staff. Brian was his name. Super friendly and easy to work with.

Canceled my order on a game because it was reserved by someone else about a week ago, although company policy only says to hold reserved games for 2 days. Called the store, the guy told me he couldn't sell it to me because his boss told him not to. Edit: called corporate after leaving this review, told them what happened, they said that this was unprofessional of the store and ended up shipping me the game to make up for the bad experience.

I really like the help I get and the chats the staff and I have at this location. Crazy knowledgeable about new releases and older games, as far as explaining the gameplay/story, so I can make an informed decision. And very nice/easy to talk to. I pre-ordered once from here and the game was ready for pickup as soon as the store opened in the morning, the day of release. Great job!

This is a small show of appreciation compared to how awesome everyone at this location is. Everyone who I've met here has just been awesome to me. This has been my local gamestop for almost 4 years, but since I moved, I have not been able to come here as often as I normally have. However, when ever I do get a chance to come here, every team member, no matter who it is, treats me as if i never left. No matter the purchase, these team members are there for you!

I purchased a new case for my son nintendo switch. I purchased the switch from the same location as the case. All this was purchased yesterday. The case did not secure the switch at all and wanted to exchange it for a better one (had receipt). I was told they are unable to take the case back because my 6yr old son didn't open the package correctly. They wouldn't be able to resale it due to package. The case is not damaged but the package is. Someone help me understand how the packaging is more important than the merchandise.
