The team is often described as very helpful, friendly, and awesome, with excellent customer service that is over the top. However, some experiences have been annoying, with staff sometimes spoiling game endings or details during purchase. While the store has a good amount of games and merch, some wish the space was bigger for easier shopping. Despite occasional issues, the strong customer service is noted as a key reason the business stays competitive.

This GameStop is pretty awesome, because they got the good amount of video games and merch. I wished this place was a little more bigger so the staff and customers can have space to walk and shop. The staff there is awes by the way.
