We had a great experience! Got up one morning and found our refrigerator had died. After researching new ones, couldn't fine one available for 15-20 days. The salesman at Garner App. (Simon) was able to negotiate one for us, and have it delivered the next day. From their customer service in sales to their cordial delivery people, we would highly recommend these folks!

We worked with Kevin Estes twice now! First about 2 years ago; and recently we needed a new range and microwave. There was no hesitation to call Kevin Estes again. I will never buy appliances anywhere else! Never. Amazing service, personalities, skill and knowledge! Installation service was done by real professionals, both times! Garner Appliances! We are very lucky to have this firm! There IS a whole differant quality of product available to you!

I knew what I wanted and Garner appliance efficiently placed the order and arranged for installation. I was promised the new oven by Thanksgiving and they delivered! Very pleased with the process.

After my 2 year old Maytag washer (covered by 5 year warranty) died, warranty service was scheduled by Garner TV and Appliance. Service Co. made two visits and told me they had to order pump, board and harness. Factory b/o parts for 30 days. After a fruitless talk with factory representative, I called Garner TV and Appliance (where I bought it). They went to bat for me-a new washer was installed a few days later. Can’t say enough good about these people—they truly take care of their customers!

Went into store there were 4 employees working at their computers, no one acknowledged I was even there. After looking around store and not seeing any mattresses I asked one of the employees if I was in the right store he told me they don't sell mattresses that I would have to go to Garner. Not wanting to go to Garner decided to order online, had a question so called Garner location a nice young man told me to call the Raleigh store that they sell mattresses. I'm so confused and have decided to try somewhere else. They really need to get their act together. And location at Plantation needs more training in customer service, I will NEVER go there again.

My daughter who lives in Wake Forest was in need of a dryer. She suggested I use Garner Appliances. I had selected the one I wanted on line. Spent less than 10 minutes on the phone, got a great deal. They delivered, took it upstairs , disconnected her old dryer and hauled it off. They hooked the new dryer up and we're off. Very punctual, clean, friendly gentleman who delivered made this a great experience. Dealing with local people and getting fantastic service. Quick and I never left home. Happy Birthday Mel.

When my 10 year old GE washing machine started acting weird (would sometimes shut off mid-cycle), I decided I had got my money's worth on my current laundry equipment and decided to buy a new set. I went to Garner Appliance in North Raleigh and spoke with Max. He is a great guy - He steered me in the right direction based on my budget and his own personal recommendation. I later found out that he has been selling appliances for 10+ years, and no one would know better than Max. So I took his suggestion and purchased a Maytag Top Load set. 72 Hours later it was delivered and set up at my house. Everything was seamless and went as expected. My girlfriend is just totally in love with the new washer & dryer. She said its so simple to operate and it actually cleans her work clothes, vs the previous laundry set that she said was "Ho-Hum at Best." So standing ovation to Max and Garner Appliance for steering me in the right direction. Thank You!

1st time visit but not the last! In the past I've purchased appliances exclusively from Lowe's. It is a COMPLETELY different experience here! Sam listened to my wants then walked me around the showroom and gave me several quotes & advice.

Very helpful staff. Great overall experience, unfortunately the exact item I was aiming for wasn’t in stock (it is an odd size refrigerator), but they gave me multiple options for ordering the item. Definitely appreciate the effort and would highly recommend this store!
