I used to like coming to this goodwill, there used to be a blonde woman who works here who was so friendly and pricing was reasonable. I see more and more items marked up excessively. Today I’m checking out and one of my items is a mini hydration pack. The woman who is ALWAYS there (curly bangs, refuses to make eye contact, name starts with a B I believe) with the nastiest attitude (I consistently see her be rude to her manager, peers and customers alike) is searching all over for a price tag written inside the bag. The manager comes out and they’re both searching, mumbling under their breath, “I can’t believe we didn't t mark that up, do we have to give it to her? Yes unfortunately.” Are you serious? This greedy company pays their workers a minimum wage, gets donations for free and has the audacity to moan about a few dollars extra they could be made. WILD. Fix the customer service issue here.

Really awful customer service. Just no desire to help at all. Was obviously a burden to answer questions. Had to go get one of the employees that were deliberately ignoring the front desk to help me and others waiting in line. Shirts were color organized which looked good. Small items were in total disarray with no effort at organization. Stupid high prices on some stuff - compared to Amazon and this place was more expensive. The employee I mentioned that to said she didn't make prices so she didn't care. A lot of clothes so maybe there is something there for someone if an employee can be made to go to the regisi.

Store was a disaster, high prices on broken glassware, I found an item with no price and asked the cashier about the rest of the item and said well I can’t sell it. Asked for a manager and the manager said well ma‘’ am I can’t sell it because there might be more to it. I asked if she could look for the rest of it and she said no she can’t sell it. Both the manager and the cashier had nasty attitudes and didn’t give 2 cents to helping you. Just visited the wake forest goodwill and they were so pleasant and such a better store!

Stopped into this location for the very first time asked for a price on an item sitting in the counter that didn't have a price on it. The older African American woman with dred lock looking hairstyle and glasses was extremely rude! I opted to not purchase anything at this location and I'm a frequent Goodwill shopper but will never allow anyone to be disrespectful when I'm making a purchase period!

This is my favorite thrift store to shop at since the prices are reasonable and there is a broad selection of different items in the store. The items are always in good shape, and the store is always neat and well stocked.

So I normally visit this good will and have no problems but todays circus takes the cake for my worst ever experience. My mother and me were at the register paying for our items when the receipt paper wouldn't print so we let the cashier fix it (we did offer to write the total and sign a blank sheet of receipt paper but she insisted) and we paid again but because the cashier had to ring us up twice the charge was doubled (as in the charge went to her card twice). We checked her card and it had. We asked the cashier if there was anyway to refund it and she said we'd need a manager and told us the one on duty was at the bank and would be back soon. After waiting for 20 minutes we were told she was back but that she couldn't come out because she was on the phone. 30 minutes after the fact, another employee (a cashier like the initial cashier who "couldn't refund without a manager") helped us at another cash register and returned the money to the card. We waited 30 minutes after being told that a manager was needed for a refund, then was refunded by a cashier without ever seeing the manager who was on the phone in the back of the store. Thank you to the employee who managed to help us and the customers at his register when he saw the frustration.

This Goodwill is probably the best one I've been to. It was clean and VERY well organized. Everything is organized by color and type of clothing so it's easy to find what you're looking for. However, everything else was bland and not much to choose from. We were a little disappointed by the selection (or lack there of) of books. I will say that I found a cute bear lamp for $4.99 so I had to get it. I was looking for some outrageous clothes to put on my front seat passenger (Leonardo da Skeleton) for the upcoming months. I found a black leather jacket for his costume for October ($4.xx), a brown plaid shirt for November ($2.xx), a hideous jacket with zebras and flowers for spring ($4.xx), and a stupid ugly Christmas sweater ($4.xx). I think my skeleton is going to look fabulous with these cheap finds! Reduce, reuse, recycle...and save money at Goodwill!
