I came here after I got into a minor accident in my car. A piece of metal flew into my car on the high way and messed up the bumper, headlight and the fender.Came in, the staff were super friendly, understanding and also straightforward. They made the entire process 100% clear, as well as answered any questions.I gave them my car and they fixed it in three days. When I picked it up, it was like the accident never happened. The paint was matched perfectly.I had to come back a couple of months later because a bracket was damaged. They replaced it quickly at no cost because they honor their life time warranty.They always treated me right and I recommend coming to this place or using this company!

Not the best service. Left on hold for 45 minutes. They then cancelled my file without ever contacting me. Must be a busy season. Not a great experience with them.

Do not take your car to be repaired at any Gerber collision!!!! They treat there employees like dogs!!! They run off the good techs off and hire people with none to hardly any experience and these are the people working on your car!!!! Please take your vehicle to a shop that does great quality work!!!

Absolutely terrible experience with Stan (manager) and Colby from this location. I’m from out of town and got in an accident that left the vehicle inoperable. When Gerber got the car it took over a week to get the estimate. They constantly had excuses as to why it hadn’t been done yet. Colby did not keep me updated. I requested pictures of the progress multiple times which he failed to send. It took over a month to get any pictures at all. I was informed twice that it would be ready, then told it would not. Very frustrating considering they were aware travel plans had to be made in advance. The car was finally ready over a month after Gerber received it, some of the delay cause by “supply chain” others caused by them forgetting to order parts. Finally got the car home only to find out they completely forgot to order the hose for the windshield wiper fluid. When confronted with this issue Stan stated that he “cannot check everything that leaves the shop”. Stan constantly made excuses for the lack of communication and now for the incomplete work. If you have any choice at all, I suggest choosing a different location or company all together. This shop is not ran with consideration for the customer or accountability for the staff.Service: Body & Trim

Colby was great! He kept me in the loop of what was going on with my car the whole time! He made my car situation less stressful and I couldn’t thank Colby and the Gerber staff enough for repairing my Honda back the way it was I even got it back earlier than expected! First off, wth is going on with the “office in the back” signs. Now that that is out of the way, no I’m not waiting a week to have someone walk out and take 3 pictures of the damage to my vehicle and give me an estimate. Not to mention the guy in the office was a smarta$$ and thinks he knows more than my lawyer who is taking care of my claim. Guess I didn’t need to hire an attorney, I could have just hired this mastermind.Nah, I’ll go to Caliber Collision where they’re customer service is way better.

I took my vehicle in to be fixed and Riley was very kind and attentive. They kept me informed and updated me throughout the process via text. I was glad when I received the text that it was ready for pick up. I was ready sooner than I expected. Everything went well and my car looks great! I just want to thank everyone there!

I don't know who works here answering the phone but clearly she doesn't like her job. It doesn't matter who paying for the repairs all I asked for was an appointment to get the estimate. Whether or not you work with an insurance company or not set the appointment and explain that to me after it's done but the rudeness over the phone needs to be adjusted. You chose to work there we didn't force you.

This place is janky asf. Stay far away from this place. My car went in for a side swipe accident and came back to me with a broken windshield, automatic headlights that don't work at all anymore. And a door seal that was left in the trunk in the original VW box and not placed on the vehicle. They refused to work on the headlights. Even though they were the ones that spliced into the wiring trying to fix whatever they did. It took over a month to get the windshield done. I had to resort to calling the regional manager to get any information at all about even getting it done. It took a month and a half to even get door seal taken care of. If you want your auto body work to be fumbled like the browns on game day. Then go ahead drop your car off here.

This business opens early. Wait time is minimal as clients make appointments to have their vehicles repaired. The staff member who attends to clients is courteous and notifies the rental company to pick you up at the office. This is a great place for collision repairs. I have used the service at Gerber Collision & Glass twice.

I was hit in a parking lot and Geico recommended this body shop to me. My front bumper and parts of the grill were replaced, then the front bumper was re-painted. They also replaced a headlight. Overall, the car looks great, but the paint job is a little sloppy. A few missed spots and a noticeable amount of paint on the fog lights. I didn't see any of it until I pulled off of the lot.My car was finished relatively quickly, but whoever I spoke to on the phone was kind of rude when I told him I was unable to pick it up the day of.3 stars for an average experience. Not amazing but not terrible, make sure you're very specific and inspect your car thoroughly after repairs are finished.Services: Body & Trim

Run don't walk from Gerber on Capital Blvd, Raleigh, NC. The worst customer service/management I have encounter in a loooong time (and I'm from New York City!) They ended my job sooner than expected - which is great - but expected me to shift my work schedule around in less than 8hours notice to get my car or I would be charged for an extra day on my rental car. I asked if I could pick my car up the following day, due to a work commitment I would now have to ask my employer if I could alter (which would jeopardize my full-time job), I was told, "we are legally obligated to release your car when it is finished." When I asked what law required them to do that, I was transferred immediately to a voicemail. When I called back up, I was hung up on. When I called back again, I asked to speak to a manager and was told about my being hung up on, I was told, "What would you like me to do? Fire her?" Unreal. Life is too short to deal with people like this. Again, run away as fast as possible from this location.
