I bought tires from Tire Buyer website for the discount and decided to use these these guys to do the install. With tire buyer install was $80. I called to let them know that I would be switching out wheels and lug nuts also so I was charged an additional $40. All good with me. After my service I was charged another $40 for what I believe was Tesla tax but oh well. But that was fine too. I drove approximately 35 miles and I start to hear a weird click and rumble. I pull over looking around and soon realized some of my lug nuts can be removed by hand... that was my run making that noise. I hope my new aluminum wheels will be ok. I call them and they ask me to bring it in, in which I tell them I'm not driving it. So they send their service guy with his electronic impact which he stated could have had a dead battery the day before. He says that he knows the torque spec is 129 ft-lbs. He tightens again with the same impact and leaves saying that it could be my lug nuts. That night, I made sure to buy a torque wrench and a socket to tighten my lug nuts myself. Just to make sure it's not my wheel nuts like was stated before, I checked them at home with the wrench set to 129lbs of torque. A good number of them were loose again by the 50 something miles I drove. I drove around for another few days and my lug nuts have not loosened up. I'm just glad my wheel didn't roll off on the highway.

I took my Lexus in for a radiator replacement and was told it could be done; however, I was called the next day to inform me it would cost me $800 more than previously quoted...I decided to pick it up and just take it to the Lexus dealership where the cost for replacement was much lower... nothing was done to my car but my service bill was $116. it would have been great if they could have at least tap my engine coolant for that price....I expected better customer service.

I received the most outstanding Customer Service from the time my son and I pulled on the lot. I had a simple nail in my tire;I was back up and running in less than 40 minutes as Tim promised. The "Village" treated me like family and I am pleased to tell the world because you do not stumble across this type of Customer Service anymore ,Thanks

Quick, efficient and thorough Flat Fix (plugged a slight puncture) that had been missed on a visit to a “chain tire place” a week before…great, old school service station type of place…the name says it, “…Tire Pros”!

Had a flat tire. Dude plugged it in literally 5 mins. I was in and out in 10. He was kinda moody but it added to the experience. It was like 95 degrees out. 5/5

Came to get gas and didn't realize that they have a full service side. The attendant was very personable and they cleaned my windows! I didn't know they still existed. I will definitely be coming back.

I had an issue with my tire valve, and I was expecting to pay at least $20-30 to have it fixed. The guys at Glenwood Village were super friendly and fixed my tire within an hour free of charge. They also gave me a free T-shirt! Great experience - I'd recommend them to anyone.

I woke up to nail in my tire ! I Google tire repair near me and they popped up. As soon as I arrived I was serviced and out in under 15 minutes. They were professional, and right to the point. Nobody wants to wake up to finding a nail in your tire, but if you do this is the place to go!Service: Tires
