Joke of an establishment. I went in for a club fitting, hit around 150 balls resulting in buying $1500 worth of irons. From there zero communication on when they would be delivered and was given a 4 week rough timeline and was told I would receive shipping info. 7 weeks later, and zero updates from either golf galaxy or Mizuno, my clubs finally arrive only to find out they are the wrong handedness. On top of that no shipping instructions to get a signature and were left at my door step for who knows how long.Atrocious customer service making me take time out of my day to drop off the wrong clubs with little to no effort to try and make the situation right. Would recommend driving any amount of time to a different business to get a club fitting. One that will actually order the correct clubs and communicate with you on when they will be shipped and delivered..0/5 if I could

My friend had a great fitting experience with this Golf Galaxy, and we owe it to Louis. He was very friendly and helpful in finding the right club for my friend, and he answered all of our questions. While the Golf Galaxy is part of another store, they had a wide variety of drivers, woods, and irons, and the staff is open to lending their time and expertise. Overall a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this Golf Galaxy for your golf needs!

I used to love Golfsmith... they have all the stuff you will ever want however the service there is horrible. I tired to return some grips that were IN THE WRONG BIN and because I did not have the receipt from the prior week I was given about 80% of the actual cost back in credit. I was simply changing out mid size grips for standard. The standard were cheaper and I was NOT even looking for the difference, they charged me more for buying a less expensive grip, again because of the grip. Their computer had the info and I have bought thousands of dollars of stuff over the last 5-6 years... and this is the way I get treated. I was really trying to get on over on them right.Again remember the bin I took these out of said Standard NOT mid size.......

I brought my son in for an iron fitting as well as looking for a set of golf clubs. He is just starting to get into golf. The store is well-stocked with clubs, and even has golf simulators so that you can try out the clubs in the store. The person that performed the fitting was very attentive and found a set that met all of our criteria. They made some slight modifications for the clubs as requested. The clubs were ready for pick up very quickly and we are very satisfied customers.

Had a great experience with John M regarding our golfing needs. He helped us pick out and try a new driver. They've also regripped some clubs that were done well and turn around time was fast. Kevin was also very helpful with the simulator! Everyone has always been attentive and friendly

Went in right at open and staff was ready to assist even though I believe they were having their morning team meeting. Needed a new grip for the driver and some stickers removed in some newly bought clubs. Time was a necessity as I was headed out of town within the hour. Brian, at golf galaxy dept in the Dick’s store, quickly helped me with this service! Great place to go for all your needs in that dept ??

Just bought a new Odyssey putter… the staff at the pro shop helped me add a new grip and 1” shaft extension in about 20 minutes. Brodie was a huge help, very personable without trying to upsell you on things you don’t want/need. Great staff great experience!

Going on for about a year about a golf shaft I PAID for and was never shipped or delivered, well at least that's what I was told. I have spoke to multiple Golf Galaxy/Dick's members, multiple managers, got direct golf reps on the phone while I was there (that they called), no call backs to me once leaving and no answers when stopped in multiple times. Paid for a golf shaft and never received it. Bad thing is that no one seems to have an answer to this situation. Maybe I'll apply for a job and solve it myself.
