You never know what you will find at any GCF. I had been looking for bedside lamps on Amazon for weeks. The local GCF had 2 lamps that caught my eye were such a great price. They are adjustable height lamps that work perfectly and had shades included. My plan is to bedazzle and bling lamps but current conditions are so nice I just cleaned lamps and put new bulbs in to start using them. I cant believe I only paid $7.99 each. Very sturdy, classic lamps were a true steal when you consider even at Ross ,Marshall's or other discount stores these lamps would easily sell for over $50 each. Now im pulling them into my Alexa system and LET THERE BE LIGHT

This is the worst thrift store in Raleigh. Many items are not priced. Here's why that wiil be used against you later !!! I brought one broom up to buy it. I met with Kevin the "manager". He told me he had to take it into the back. I said ok take it in the back. Put a price on it and I will buy it His response. I will not be doing that now Can a business that gets their items for free from "we the public" be any more rude than this ?! I requested Kevin give me management's telephone number. He wrote it down on a 1/2" square piece of paper (I'm guessing he thought I would not call about their poor practices) It took 3 messages and one week when finally a person got back to me at 8 pm I told the woman the same story. She was not helpful at all. Said that is their policy Offered no help, no apology I found this unbelievable. They will not just go in the back...Price and sell to any one of us It's anti business and worse bad customer relations. (And this store as with many of this company has dozens of items without prices at any one time) So if you don't mind wasting your time looking for items of interest, and then being refused by them to sell it to you ...Then have at it! For my money, I don't need to be treated this way by their very poor policies I also recommend you donate your items to a worthwhile and fair charity! I know I will be

This is a great goodwill, but just like so many other goodwill locations, they put too many things on the rack and it makes it physically difficult to look through the clothes. I would appreciate it if they took just a handful of items off the rack so it was easier to look through clothing.

Very rude and rascit employees . Ruined my day honestly and I was nothing but nice to the certain employee.

The staff was very rude and wouldn’t sell a mason jar because the price rubbed off? At least 2 of the mugs that were on the sales floor had dead spiders in it and when I said I didn’t want to purchase something with dead insects in it, the cashier was very rude. I love Goodwill but will not be coming back to this location EVER again after my horrible experience.

While there may be some great finds as far as merchandise goes, the staff is so disengaged and abrupt. Sadly, there is no sense of customer service or friendliness whatsoever. I know I'm just there for the good deals, but it's really annoying to have them be so abrupt and rude all the time.

I frequent all of the Goodwills in North Raleigh. I don’t have high expectations for consignment shops, of course, but of all the Goodwills this is by far the worst one. Overstuffed clothing racks that you can barely flip through, half the hangers are broken with clothes dangling off of it, clothes all over the floor, broken irreparable items on the shelves, etc. It seems in the process of organizing clothes and items they don’t discern between trash and rewearble or repurchaseable items. Many items are stained, torn, damaged beyond repair or even smelly. It’s just unfortunate.

Love this store, I always find something unique and good there! Staff are pretty friendly, good prices, not a lot of furniture if that's what you're looking for.
