Charlyn does not know how or maybe want to cut women’s hair, this was the worst haircut in years! if you’re a man, she’ll do just fine because she takes her own sweet time with men.

Being able to check in online saves time, as I rarely have to wait more than 2-3 minutes. The cuts are good (I have a pretty short, simple style) and I usually get what I ask for. I feel it is a good value and will keep going back. Thanks!
