The drivers are wonderful and polite with you, and they take there job seriously. Just follow the instructions and everything will be perfect.

Just so dirty. Waiting for my family member's bus to arrive and it's uncomfortable being there. Not welcoming at all.

These guys should just close up and let someone competent do it. They are terrible. Their depot's are nasty and they leave many of their customers stranded. I was stranded in Norfolk, VA. I won't use them again. The bad thing is I spent $160.00 they won't refund. Two of the legs of the trip I didn't use because they were 2 hours and 39 minutes late and didn't have buses going to Delaware.

Attendants were nice, BUT the rest rooms were terrible. Poopie hand print on the wall and paint hanging off the ceiling. Come on Greyhound you can do better!

Bus driver was supposed to be change in Raleigh. We had to wait 6 hours for the driver to come. Greyhound had no alternative driver to drive the bus. All the passengers had to wait. If anyone asks in the counter for the information, they just tells that the driver who was supposed to drive that bus is on the way, coming within 20 mins or half an hour. Nothing else they can give any info about.Some of us including me had to catch a connecting bus. If we ask about that they just say that they know nothing about that. Absolutely rubbish service, didn’t expect from the most renowned bus company. Within these 6 hours they offered no accommodation or food or anything. We had to wait in very small place where were no place to sit let alone take rest/sleep at night, waiting for 6 hours. Some of us had to wait there for 6 hours for the driver to come. Reached there 4 am and left 10 am. Absolute rubbish experience. Have seen some bad days, but this is the worst day of my life.

Horrendous service, The driver was over 2 hours late with no contengcies in place causing a domino effect which led to me missing my cross country interview scheduled for 2 PM in Washington D.C. After I made my grievance know I was offered a $15 voucher to use the horrendous services again. Absolutely not! I demand a full refund and to escalate my issue to corporate immediately. I did not pay to be late, if I were late the bus would leave me behind without hesitation (the bus drivers made that abundantly clear to the riders at rest stops) so I do not empathize with the fact the driver was over 2 hours late. I want my money back.
