This station needs more customer service training. A gentleman politely asked to use the restroom and an employee who was sitting behind the counter rudely said someone is in there. The cashier, Nae, was on a personal phone call the entire time she was checking customers out.

If youre just stopping by this location for fuel, it's a good station. The EMPLOYEES are the problem. The main instigator is ugly & rude with customers and acts like customers are an inconvenience while the other employees sit and watch. I'm sure they have a good laugh later.
I'm DONE with this specific store. There are too many gas stations in Raleigh. The owner is losing money because of the people who work here.

make it make sense ?the mens bathroom, "just broke", but a MALE CUSTOMER cannot use the womans bathroom, BUT THE MALE EMPLOYEES CAN USE THE FEMALE BATHROOM, BUT NOT THE MALE CUSTOMER ?

Whomever the cashier is right now the girl with the piercing in her upper lip. She is rude as hell all of us have to work. If you hate your job that much quit! But to just stand there rude with an attitude is crazy and as much as I love this gas station this is the first one I’ve been too with this service and it’s unacceptable if I could leave zero stars and a review I would’ve as someone who has ran Human Resources for three years I would never hire her anywhere!

The cashier , young lady with dreads was great . This location isn’t up to date with technology as far as mobile pay . And the much older women working this particular morning do not have a sense of urgency. Times have changed. Might need a younger crew and new tech , it’ll keep your reviews up as well. I’ll keep you posted ?

Poor service, staff has a bad attitude and what you pay for food and what you get is a disgrace. Will never go again, the last 3 times I have gone the same guy managed to screw the order up 3 times in a row. I guess you like wasting food and the qaulity of the food is terrible, the staff memeber doesnt care. The staff acts like you are bothering them, never again will I spend money in you're store. I have never been treated so bad in a store in my life when I'm trying to spend money.
