Han-Dee Hugo's is a BP Station so you get the Harris Teeter discount on top of the lower than other station prices so it is a good deal. The gas station is usually busy and has a car wash. It is easy to get in and out of this station with a traffic light nearby.

When I purchased gas I needed my receipt which I did not get out of the gas pumps outside. I had to go inside to get a needed receipt. There is an extremely long line. I had my elderly mother with dementia in the car and could not leave her alone. The girl behind the counter was very rude telling me I would have to wait in this long line to get a receipt for something I have already paid for. She was extremely rude, the guy on the other side did give me a receipt so I could be on my way. Number one you should keep the pumps ready to give you a receipt. If I had had my grandchildren with me that would have even been more complex trying to come into the store. If I already paid for something you should be able to slip me a receipt quickly without a rude comment and telling me I have to wait in an extreme long line. This young lady really needs to learn some customer service manners. I have been in customer service most of my life I would never treat someone as rudely as she did.

I have a complaint about one of your stores in Wilmington on Market street and your Clerk Robert. He had a vehicle towed after the person bought items in the store but had come there for gas. The man left his car truck there for less than 20 min while he got his gas can out of the truck and walked to another station to get gas. His truck was on empty. He came back and his truck had been towed to Earls. Robert said it was store policy but didn’t point out where that policy wa

Sad to see so many customers not wearing masks and not being challenged for it by employees. I’ll be buying my gas somewhere that’s less of a public health risk.

It seems that people without masks are welcome here. I see them almost daily and employees say nothing. Will NOT return.

Poor service, staff has a bad attitude and what you pay for food and what you get is a disgrace. Will never go again, the last 3 times I have gone the same guy managed to screw the order up 3 times in a row. I guess you like wasting food and the qaulity of the food is terrible, the staff memeber doesnt care. The staff acts like you are bothering them, never again will I spend money in you're store. I have never been treated so bad in a store in my life when I'm trying to spend money.

This is the closest gas station near me, therefore is my go to gas station. I've never had any issue with this station. The workers are always very nice, they're always open and always have everything I need. They are also very clean as well. No complaints whatsoever.

I've had my debit card info skimmed here three times in the last 4 months. Took me a while to pin them down as the ones the responsible. I have to assume that it is a card skimmer at the pumps. I never go inside the store.

I have a problem with gas stations that manipulate you into going inside the store to get your receipt so that you can get a car wash. If you pay at the pump to get a car wash, you should not have to go into the store and wait in line to get your code for the carwash. I feel like the gas pumps purposely do not give you a receipt because management wants you to go into the store hoping you will buy something when you are in there. But if you go directly to the carwash and pay separately, you don't get the discount for your gas. Fix your pumps so they give receipts, or at the very least, show the code on the pump screen so you don't have to go into the store . Do not try to manipulate your customers. Of course, the clerks could care less about the whole situation, because it's not up to them. It's management's decision. If you want customers to get your carwashes, give them the code at the pump.

One of the worse experiences I've had. This store needs to be reset or shut down. The manager is highly disrespectful and has no regard for our military. A soldier working there was told that he would have to reschedule his mandatory meeting with his Commander because he was on the schedule to work there. Was told he could be fired and "didn't care about the store." He was also told not to tell fellow veterans that he was about to go active duty. This isn't right. I'm a veteran myself. Our military is not entitled but we do deserve equal opportunity in the work place. On top of things this place is very disorganized. It's got a negative 5 in my books. Disgraceful.
