I ordered a sub from the harris teeter today and Aimee was extremely helpful. She took care of me and my friend. She even made sure to not give us a batch of vegetables because they didnt look good. A whole batch of jalapeños didnt look good so she replaced it with a new one. I’ll definitely be coming back to order. She deserves a raise or recognition for her excellent customer service

Great service at the pharmacy from Dominique. She goes above and beyond and is always pleasant to work with and speak with on prescriptions and/or OTC medications.

This is a very nice, very large grocery store that is usually well stocked. There are only 2 issues I have with this Harris Teeter: 1) It is almost always crowded. Almost any time of day or night the parking lot will be full or close to it. 2) there simply isn't enough parking for a store this size.

Tina is a bad nasty unprofessional disgusting ugly manager. I am not sure how did Harris Teeter hire her.((((Avoid that store as maybe there are others like her working there)))) Go to fresh market next door or publix are the best where shopping is a pleaaure. This qould had never happened there.I am sure she was in sales as she is using her sales experience to HARASS customers. Bruce is the director of the store #21 (who is on vacation for 10 days) if you are reading this, please have a talk with your employee Tina and send her to take an ethic class or customer service training. She asked her representative to keep putting me on hold after I asked her to give me the corporate phone number, and she hung up on me, then after calling few times and was put on hold the rep Ostin his name maybe said that we are trying to find you the corporate phone number yet Unprofessional Nasty Tina ask him to hung up or put me in hold. It is very obvious that she is a very depressed or sick person, that enjoys harassing clients repeatedly. Anyway, google your corporate number and you get many numbers that are not valid and i did not want the 800# customer service phone number thats on google, I wanted a regular corporate phone number. I have a top 10% rating at google for a reason, so my review will be seen a lot, BRUCE THE DIRECTOR IS ON VACATION FOR 10 DAYS SO SHE THOUGHT SHE CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE AND PUT HARRIA TEETER NAME IN TBE GARBAGE. I hope the district manager will be able to reaolve the issue that I need help with. Obviously it is about a very important subject and very serious. I also felt that Tina is very racist as when she saw my legal name she switched. That's all I hope you review her and you can check the phone line 10am +/- Saturday 12/2/2023. Cameron village is a fine area, probably you should move her to a different location that match her unprofessionalism. That manager (maybe Brian) helped me a year ago (time stamp on the photo) and was very nice, but not working there anymore, probably he felt what I did, I am not sure

In 20 years of coming here I've never had one instance of someone who got nasty with me until today. Customer service; I'm asking about something she was unclear on I asked her if she was new and she smacked her lips and walked away. Wasn't criticizing... someone new may not know anything about the "banana"boxes of the variety of extra canned drinks sporadically on sale. Previous day got really wrong information from someone about personnel. This may not be my Harris Teeter anymore.

Ms. Lisa at the deli counter made my whole trip and my entire week. So sweet, so professional, and she had me smiling the whole time I was at the store. Harris teeter better take care of their part time employees like Ms. Lisa. Thank you Ms. Lisa!!!
