Expensive. Cashiers are busy doing other things and don't always help the self check lines when the machine stops the order. Just frustrating when you are in a hurry. When I said something to the customer svc person you would think I would get some kind of insincere apology, but instead got an attitude. As soon as you realize how the groceries & dry goods are laid out across the two floors, it's like the other stores in the area. I got in & out quick for a lunch-time one-item trip.

The one complaint I have is I'm diabetic and they only had diet Pepsi and coke zero to choose from and the cooler they were in was not working good so they were hot. So therefore I wasn't able to get me a drink to go with the food we had gotten from the deli section.

Clean store but the set up makes shopping a bit difficult. Half the store is on the second floor and you have to take an elevator if you have a cart. Other than the minor inconvenience of that, a good grocery store.

I visited this store yesterday and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the products. There were a lot of expired items on the shelves.
1. Cucumbers with visible mold were still on display, which is completely unacceptable.
2. Croissants had a packaging date of 2/22, even though yesterday was 2/21, and they were already stale. It looks like the label was just replaced to make them seem fresh.
This raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. I hope management takes action to address these issues.

So, went in tonight and there were 4 or 5 teenagers- riding handicap carts around the store, and getting in the way of customers. No staff member addressed it so I did. Managers need to step up when something is going on. Great location, great store, keep it that way

Gotta love the Teeter! Raleigh’s OG “bougie” grocery store. Wide selection and usually pretty clean.
I only wish they brought back the fresh tossed salad bar from back in the days!
