I've shopped here almost everyday for over a year. I almost always have my service dogs with me, tonight Marino the manger decided to tell me and my dogs to leave the store, and had the indecency to ask me what service do my dogs provide. He told me that they aren't valid and they can't be in the store. I'm going to continue to have my service animals shop with me and if you ask me any questions like that again I will file for harassment. I suggest you leave me and my service dogs to shop in peace. I love this store and I live the staff. But what happened tonight I will never forget.

Up until now, I have visited this Harris Teeter store twice and I must say that I thoroughly enjoy shopping here. The staff members are incredibly friendly, and one particular employee named TY was exceptional in assisting me during check out. She even went the extra mile to provide me with a VIC savings card and took the time to explain the fuel savings points on my receipt to both me and my mother. On every visit, I am able to find all the items I require, so I am certain that I will continue to be a loyal shopper here.

I called about a week ago, because I was searching around at near by bakeries to have a custom cake ? made for my sister's birthday. I Called Harris Teeter in North hills, and I spoke with a lady name Jane. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she offered great suggestions. The conversation was all of 5 minutes or less. When I tell you, she not only understood the assignment, she also delivered in a timely manner. It was everything that we asked for and my sister was very happy ?. Thank you Jane, you're awesome! ☺️

All the managers are completely useless. I have never once met a more vile and awful group of pathetic team leads. Overworking? Yes. Underpaid? Totally. Dealing with the entitled adult-babies of North Hills? All the time. It is the most unpleasant teeter store I have ever been to. The managers are genuinely the worst people to ever exist and should be ashamed of themselves by the way they conduct their awful human social experiments on their employees. All the managers should be fired. ALL. OF. THEM. I will NOT be stepping foot in this store ever again and will be telling my friends and family to instead shop at other respectable stores such as Lowes or Wegmans.

This is a great store located under the apartment complex. Lots of places to park and easy to run in and grab what you need. Store is a great size as well

Never had issues in the store. I was going in pretty regularly to the hot bar because I work in North Hills. Unfortunately as of recently the quality has gone downhill. I wouldn't mind the price as much of the quality matched but I paid 17 dollars for food today and it definitely wasn't anywhere near 17 dollar quality food. Probably my last trip to the hot bar .

To the Deli employee working on the 10/26 evening shift who took my call before 6pm for an order of 4 whole subs they were short staffed and she took care of me before she left I appreciate you I’m sorry I didn’t get her name .

I used to love this store. I would drive out of the way to go here, but lately I hesitate even doing 2 stars. I've gotten expired produce or produce with bugs in it or mold when I've done the mobile orders, had missing items from my order that weren't refunded and I've even waited 20 minutes in the pickup lane then met with an attitude when I call AFTER I already did the online check-in.The in-store experience is better but not by much. There's usually 1-2 cashiers open and the rest is self check-out but that requires waiting for someone for an ID check, void an item or enter a sales price. I have ended up leaving and going to other stores because the produce that I needed was not a good quality.

On par with pretty much any other Harris Teeter. Staff are always friendly & helpful which is nice. My only complaint is the Hot Bar, which has signs posted that it closes at 7pm, ALWAYS gets emptied by staff between 6:35-6:40... so if you are pressed for time & thinking you're in luck to grab a hot meal for your family in the knick of time, think again because the same lady breaks it down 30 minutes early. If this is the case then they need to change the sign to say the hot bar closes at 6:30pm not 7pm.

Easily - and I mean no contest - the worst produce department I've ever seen. Worse than Food 4 Less in CA which was already "F" tier. Dino kale was literally rotting in a pile. Greens sitting in a pool of fetid chunky water. Melons on the verge of implosion.Also everything else was expensive, like Whole Foods / Gelsons expensive. No reason for this nonsense. Shop elsewhere.

Very disappointed when I went to get $5 sushi and it was hard, cold, and tasted as is if it had been there since the Friday before. I made the assumption that because of the store's location, it would be fresh and delicious. I was wrong. This was my first time going to this location because I happened to be in the area. I usually get my $5 sushi from the Apex or the Tryon Road locations and have never been disappointed.

The cashiers here are useless and clearly not trained very well. The layout of this Harris teeter is also hands down my least favorite as it 2 floors and the parking deck is a nightmare. Don’t recommend this location- most of them have great staff and much better parking.
