Most departments were closed during the daybecause of callouts with the snow.

Too many good grocery stores in this area to tolerate the rudeness by the store manager. Items priced incorrectly or in the wrong spot. I’ll stick to Publix where I can get quality items and customer service.

They overprice everything because it's closest to the college

Great teeter. Always get their subs on Canes game days. I reccomend ordering ahead on their website for convenience!

Okay store for basic necessities. Selection is particularly limited in the dairy and deli departments (diet iced tea but not regular, really?). Parking lot is a pain to get in and out of though that's not the store's fault.

Debbie, Socorro, and Vanessa should not talk about politics in front of customers. It’s ok to have your on views , but that is highly unprofessional.
When Vanessa seen that I noticed her comment, and saw me looking, she starred me down in a weird way the entire time that I was at the register.

Everyone was so nice and helpful expect blonde haired cart attendant. He is definitely making the business look bad and does not seem like he wants to be there. Definitely should be in the back where he does not have any interactions with customers. Other than that managers are awesome and self check employees are great 😊

For the extra price they charge shoppers, you would expect better customer service. They probably need to take that extra charge and pay their employees a living wage. It might make them happier and more enthusiastic to help customers.

It's probably one of the nicest HT I've been in with super friendly employees.

I work as a shopper for instacart and I recently had an order from here and was told to return it because of Instacart’s new policy about driving alcohol to the right destination according to the app. I had two other items and was told to only return the wine because it could be returned and I would get $10 for the inconvenience because I would have to go back to the store after going to the wrong destination due to the customers error. This worker told me customer service closed at 10pm, which what customer service closes before the store is closed. Being a cashier is part of customer service. Instacart is my second job, and my first job is being a cashier, and have been for over 12 years. Never once have I told customers I couldn’t give them a refund, especially when they have the receipt from literally barely 20 minutes ago. To me it just seemed like they were too lazy to get on a register like most cashiers and refund something so simple. They told me I would have to come back tomorrow just to get paid $10 I was promised by instacart if I returned a wine that is $13. These people know nothing about customer service and are unprofessional

This is the best most awesome store for Harris Teeter and probably any other I've ever been to!! I'm from New Jersey and this just doesn't happen. I've ran into at least 3 people that helped me shot my whole order in record time... And it's just simply amazing. I'm finishing up my order now and yes I'm at the self check out they didn't give me a hassle..... And I just want to give this store 10 stars it's amazing. Thank you!!!!
