We spent over $5,000 on new carpet to be installed in our new home on 11/1. After weeks of pushing back our install date I finally cancelled my order on 12/1 since we needed to move in mid month. I called Empire and they were able to come measure and install in 2 business days and I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND FROM HOME DEPOT. They are generally unresponsive and are blaming their new computer system for the issue. I feel for the employees but someone higher up should have made sure I was given a refund in a timely manner. I also made the mistake of ordering countertops and washer/dryer from them. Both had delays and both have had issues since. I couldn't imagine a worse experience and I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Went into the store at 11:45 and couldn’t get anyone to help me. I finally asked if somebody could help me and was told somebody would be right there with me so I student the aisle for several minutes and still nobody came. God awful customer service.

I've come two days in a row to get paint and had to wait forever because there was no one at the counter. Go elsewhere for paint unless you have an afternoon to kill.

Hats off to the lady that shows up one Saturday out of each month to make a craft with the children. She has the areas prepped and ready with a smile. She goes above and beyond, she even made Christmas gift bags for the kids with a few thoughtful gifts!I forget her name but I remember and love her energy! ?

It's really shocking and totally not okay how Home Depot has handled this. Their team for installing appliances is seriously bad. They couldn't even deliver the stuff on two different days. I was home the whole time, waiting, and saw the delivery truck just go right by my house, then they had the nerve to say nobody was there. This is crazy!The damage they did when they tried to install it is a joke. They won’t fix it or pay for it, and they just ignore all the photos I showed them, with dates and everything. I even went to the store myself, but they still didn’t help.I've already complained to the BBB. I know it might not do much, but I had to do something. I'm going to keep telling everyone about this mess, with the photos to prove it.From other reviews, I can’t tell if Home Depot used to be better or if we just got really unlucky. Either way, their reaction is just bad. This is the second time we’ve had a nightmare with a big appliance from them. We thought the first time was just super bad luck, but nope, it's just how they are. My advice? Stay away if you're buying anything that needs to be delivered or installed. Or might need warranty service for that matter. In fact, just stay away if you're not buying soil or a weedwhacker or something relatively small and minor.I’m hoping maybe the higher-ups at Home Depot will step in and fix this. But honestly, everything from the super late delivery to the horrible installation and their reaction to our proof has been embarrassingly bad. It’s a total mess.

Yesterday, I went to Home Depot for the first time to search for new blinds for my kitchen. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the assistance provided. Upon my arrival, the two female employees at the self-checkout were more focused on their conversations than helping customers. Consequently, I had to personally approach them on every aisle, pleading for assistance. Eventually, I turned to two male employees who seemed engrossed in deep conversations, and asked them for help. One of them promptly radioed someone, assuring me that they would meet me on aisle 33 to provide the assistance I needed. After waiting for 10 minutes, the employee finally assisted me. However, despite measuring the blinds, the female employee provided me with the wrong size. This left me extremely disappointed when I reached home and discovered that the blinds were too short. Consequently, I have decided not to visit this particular Home Depot store again. It was the worst experience I have ever had. Fortunately, I returned the blinds at a different Home Depot location where I received exceptional service and achieved satisfactory results.

I can only say you have an incredible group of employees that I have ever seen. We were there at 0800 Sunday and came back at 730pm. At 0800 everyone was smiling and helpful. I’m not smiling that early. Did I say the employees we saw walking around and interacted with at the counters were incredibly. Please share this with your team because from the bottom of my heart they deserve a hand. I don’t work for Home Depot either.

Went EVERYWHERE to find a set of gas powered hedge trimmers. The lady up front at customer literally looked online told me none was in stock, I said why does it show right here? She said oh it's just a display model I said they're NONE on display I promise I looked before bothering u guys. No there's not, how do u know? Bc I do, she goes back here with us & low and behold stuck in the back is what? Ding ding correct a set of HS Echo trimmers. And she had an issue with me. Why? Rude.

Had family place an online order (from another state) couldn’t pickup on time and they were so kind and patient and helped over the phone ensure I could get everything when I was able to! Helped get the products together quickly!

The store is always clean. And the employees are very friendly and helpful. They take great care of the plants in the garden area.
