My husband was denied the military discount and was told that his veteran card was not affiliated with a branch. In the center of his veteran ID card is the army emblem. She was extremely rude. This took place in the Raleigh, NC store on Knightdale Dr. We will be letting fellow active duty and veteran friends aware and chose to go to Lowes for now on where we always receive our discount and are thanked for our service, rather than disrespected.

I order a refrigerator and it took almost three months to get it, they bought me the wrong one. And the second time it was damaged., then I had to wait another two weeks to get it. Up until today I have not got an apology from no body in management. It was not good customer service. The only persons who was nice was Jeanie the department supervisor

Slowly being pulled from a Lowes preference from my experience with both stores she I moved to Raleigh 12 years ago. Lowes sometimes has better prices but I am so impressed with the store layout, merchandizing, selection.

Much better than Strickland store. Entire management team at Strickland needs to be fired. Ill travel extra 15 minutes to just shop here at this location. Everyone is nice and will go out of their way to help.

My husband and I just got new appliances from Home Depot, ( my husband is a loyal costumer for years) after 3 weeks they finally attempted to deliver our appliances. Love love love this store! Always huge selection of plants beautiful orchids and gardening supplies and always a clearence cart or two to sift thru. Late hours are great too. All my plants from there have done wonderful. And super nice knowledgeable staff as well!

I had a truly awful experience with this location. We ordered a dishwasher to be delivered, installed, and have the old one hauled away. First our delivery was rescheduled three times, which meant we had to change our work schedules three times. Then when they finally arrived we were told they could not install the new dishwasher because our sink was on an angle, which is absolutely absurd and no one told us this when we first set up the install. Then they said they couldn't even take the old one away because it wasn't already unhooked. It is against policy to disconnect anything, again we were not told this when we set up the appointment or we would have the dishwasher disconnected. So all they did was drop the new dishwasher at the steps. Needless to say for any other appliance needs we will never use Home Depot again.

We recently made our first major appliance purchase from Home Depot, OMG that will NEVER happen again. The level of incompetence has been astounding, we have had nothing but issues since the moment of purchase. Now we get to wait for the "delivery" team to come back and double check that they installed it correctly and determine if the amount of vibration is acceptable to THEM. I can't remember the last time I have been this irritated at a company and their complete lack of customer service!
