This is by far my favorite hotel in Raleigh. Anthony brings it to life with his charming customer service skills and kind eyes. This man should be in charge of the entire operation. I’ve never met anyone as helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating as this man!You want to keep him on your staff, you wanna keep him happy because that’s how your will dominate the hotel game in Raleigh!I’m staying forever! Ha ha haThank you ANTHONY!!!!And the shower is amazing! It’s the reason I chose the Hyatt and ANTHONY is the reason I will always come back!!Rooms: BeautifulNearby activities: Dog park, food, shopping, live music (in the summer)!Food & drinks: Cowfish, Yard house, Chuys, Harris teeter, bowling, a giant fake grass park, Target, firebirds, Ruth’s Cris, Wells Fargo, first citizens, a top notch salon, a nail place, cucciolo, bar taco, Ben and Jerry’s, chick fil a,a movie theater and many more!

I had an amazing time at the Hyatt House - North Hills! The location is everything, very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Upon checking in I was greeted by a very professional receptionist named Anthony. He was very knowledgeable about the area, and he asked about what we liked to do and offered ideas to ensure we had a great time.I stayed in a 2br suite that overlooked the pool. It was nice but the only bad thing was that the showers did not get hot even after letting it run for 20mins.I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Whenever I come to town, I usually stay at this hotel. They have fallen off drastically. Front desk staff was very friendly and greeted us with warm welcomes. The mobile key access doesn’t work. The room was dirty and outdated. It looked more like Hyatt Place and not Hyatt House, which is more modern. Clearly they don’t use bleach on the linen. Bring your own wash cloths and towels. Only one rag was clean out of the four. The others had yellow stains on them and one had a red spot…I grabbed a towel and it had brown spots all over it. So disgusting, I had to shower again and air dry because it was all filthy like they just rehung them after the last guest wiped their crack. After seeing that, I wouldn’t dare eat the food there. I wish I had read the last week of reviews on this hotel because they are telling the truth. These rooms should not be as high as they are for this lack of quality. Spare yourself and book AC Hotel across the street. I wish I had taken more pics, but this one sent me over the edge.Rooms: Filthy, hair everywhere, dirty towels and wash cloths, outdated fixtures, and loose outletsSafety: After hours, you can only get in the hotel with your room keyWalkability: short walking distance to restaurants and bars around North Hills

Dust bunnies on floors and under furniture, dust on nightstands, and crumbs on countertops, so room was obviously not cleaned before we checked in.Dishwasher was filled with sewer smelling water. But the worst part was four mornings, four ice-cold showers. No hot water.I talked to the front desk and was told they’ve had this problem for 2 years! Why haven’t they fixed it?I will demand a total refund.

On the second night of our stay we found our room and hallway to have a strong natural gas odor. We asked the front desk and they indicated they had repaired a leak and the smell would dissipate. That night every time the HVAC came on the room would fill with natural gas. We awoke in the morning to find two fire crews responding to the hotel manager reporting a leak. However the hotel had done nothing to move guests or notify them in the morning. I contacted Hyatt but the hotel wouldn’t even respond to my questions. Honestly I think making someone sleep in a roomwith natural gas deserves an actual response and a little more concern for guest safety than they appear to have had. The hotel did nothing to monitor the leak overnight or to care for their guests. The reply below seems to ignore that there was still a gas leak that was not monitored overnight. Calling the fire department in an abundance of caution but no caution was shown for the guests.

This particular property is unlike any other Hyatt I have stayed at. The room was clean, the location was ideal and the staff was very genuine and helpful. However, Anthony at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made my stay that much better. Because of Anthony, I will definitely visit this property again.

Rooms are unclean and outdated. Was allowed to move to another room. We were fortunate enough to park in the small parking lot next to the building.

I had a really wonderful stay this week at the Hyatt House Raleigh North Hills while traveling for business. Anthony Battle took great care of me. When I arrived at my hotel room it was very cold because the furnace wasn’t working, it was blowing cold air into the room no matter what I set the thermostat to. I went downstairs to the front desk and Anthony came upstairs with me to check out the thermostat and immediately offered to change my room and upgrade me to a Master Suite for the inconvenience. He accompanied me to make sure that the thermostat was working and the temperature was comfortable. It was a pleasure to meet Anthony, he was always very friendly and helpful, always checking in to see if I needed anything. Great experience, thank you Anthony for your warm and welcoming hospitality!

Anthony was very welcoming, definitely the person you want at the front desk (hard to not see his name in almost every review here). The room was great - layout wise. Similar to other reviews, the room wasn't 'dirty' persay, but just needed some extra attention to detail (there were still streamers and decorations from the previous party hanging from the walls - hard to miss that; but again, not dirty). The shower was amazing, highly needed after some travel. Black out curtains worked great, although leaf removal started at 7am (blah).
