We have been using Intelligent Office Raleigh for a few months and couldn’t be happier! The book rate is beyond our expectations. The team asks questions when needed instead of making blind statements to our clients. We stand above our competition because we answer the phone within 2 rings. Intelligent office is a seamless extension of our local team. Glad we made the decision to employ them, they definitely add to our bottom line. I would definitely recommend the service, it would be a professional enhancement to you organization.

I had no complaints about the service until recently. I believe there has been a change of staff that has caused several issues for my company. Jennifer, despite several attempts to explain how our scheduling system works, double books us constantly so that we are to be in two different cities at the same time. This is a massive problem for our business because we aren’t able to effectively serve our customers. It’s absolutely ridiculous and the training of the staff seems to be severely lacking.

Carolyn took the time to explain to me the ins and outs of the company, helped me sign up and also took the time to give me a tour. Scarlett is the front desk rep who always keeps us updated via email regarding all mail and packages that come in. If you sign up with them and you know you get mail/packages frequently, please let your reps know that it’s no trouble for them to contact you. My Wife and I explained to Scarlett that her emails were very appreciated, helpful and to always feel free to contact us. After all, they are assisting us in ensuring our businesses can run smoothly. Carolyn and Scarlett are very helpful and I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for office space to rent with them. They are amazing and we appreciate all that they do.
