Please Please Please check expiration dates…have found several item with expired dates…I brought this the other day..opened it and this is what was inside the box… it was frozen but absolutely disgusting!!! I couldn’t eat all day from just seeing this nastiness…The Malta expired which I plan to take it back to the store for a refund or a fresh box of Malta…keep in mind me and my family have drank half the box already..the dates on the bottle 03/03/2023… todays day 11/18/2023…it expired 8 months ago ??????…I brought Sofito at the same time as all of these items and it said it expired this month.. usually when you buy things you have a time to use it.. I threw this tub of sofrito out.. more money out the door.. I will stop shopping here..it would be a shame if you get sick eating these expired products… Good Luck to all that shop here…once again please check expiration dates…and if you can before you leave open anything that’s in a box because you might find a surprise

We lived in South America for five years, 2 in Bogotá, 3 in Perú. I get kind of nostalgic visiting International Foods, and it's cheaper than buying a plane ticket. Their produce is very good; the plátanos and avacados, are usually nice and ripe, and there is produce you can't find elsewhere. Yucca at Harris Teeter? I don't think so. We've found the staff to be just fine.

Great selections of international food in one place. I've been looking for a place that carries food and ingredients from back home and I found the one stop.

I waste ALL of my money nothing I bought was edible. I bought 2 bags of sorrel, I had to them them out. The pack of ribs started turning green the next day, I cut that off put them in the oven they are ranking. Needless to say I have to throw that out and now have to go to the store to buy something for dinner. I bought green peanuts all kinds of debris was mixed in there. U will NEVER patronize this place again. The health department need to pay them a visit.

I love to shop here. They have it all. All I got was a plantain, that was all I needed. I enjoy shopping there, but the every day stuff I get at Food Lion. So when I am over that way, I have at it. Very neat and clean, and very well stocked. Hands down A1A.

Purchase I am that stayed at 169 a bag cashier as of the cashier the price I’ll just bring it up by the pound which end up being $2.75 even took a picture and showed it to the people and you still wanna charge me over I will never ever ever shop here again I recommend you not either because if you are just calling out Price is off the top of your head that mean you’re ripping the customers off that’s wrong

I'm a fan, indeed! We found this place yesterday when we had lunch in the same strip mall. The produce section is amazing. Everything we saw and bought was fresh, and the prices were comparable to Wal-Mart and Food Lion (but I think this is locally owned). We were surprised to find a tiny restaurant just past the produce! Since we'd already eaten, we want to try it another time. The store is very clean and very well organized, with a ton of international foods (including cheeses) and spices. We even found a small sitting area and a small wine section. Great local store!

I bought 5 packages of ground beef recently. It was definitely not beef. I think they're passing off deer meat for ground beef. I will never shop there again.

So I called to order a cake for my mother-in-law and the lady hung up on me 3 times! I called again and asked if anyone worked there that speaked Spanish? She said yes and told me to hold on! She got back on the phone and said she speaks a little English. I go to tell her I didn’t appreciate her hanging up on me, then she says “what do you want“? “This is a Hispanic store”! I tell her “well you don’t take service from other people besides Hispanics?” And she said no! I was like really? And she asked again “what do you want”? An I told her I wanted to order cake but never mind I’ll go elsewhere!
