After visiting a few other places (including Geek Squad) and receiving nothing but dire pronouncements and huge estimates for the repair if my laptop, the people here at Intrex took it in the back and returned it to me in perfect working order for a fraction of the lowest estimate the others gave me. I'm writing this review from my iMac (2015 model) that Intrex was able to fix. I thought the whole thing was toast when I wasn't able to even log in or download an OS. Joe spent more time than usual getting it up and running and charged a very fair price. If I ever have computer issues again, Intrex is 100% the place I will go. Amazing customer service and clearly very knowledgable staff.

I took my laptop here bc it would not power up. Joe took it apart to discover the coffee I spilled a few days earlier had basically corroded all the guts. I was so mad at myself and when your tech is out all u want is to get it back exactly as it was asap! Joe offered a refurbished laptop that was a great price and then re-imaged all my data onto the refurbished one. All of this in 5 hrs!!!! I did pay for a rush job but I thought the total price was more than fair and I’m so glad I’ve found this place. Joe is super nice and professional and knows his stuff. Thank you Joe and Intrex! You have a new lifelong customer!

Outstanding people here. The owner is honest, transparent, and trustworthy. I’ve brought my computer here multiple times when I’ve had issues. Unlike other places that will charge you a crazy amount to even look at the computers, they have told me when something was a simple mistake or if the problem was worth fixing.This shop was recommended by a friend and although the store is not close to me, i simply can not go any where else. As long as I’m in North Carolina this will be the only store to service my PCs.

Intrex built at least 3 generations of desktops for me and reimaged a laptop. They've been my go to place for computer parts and cables of all sorts.To the rescue again, they replaced my failed tower power supply and ran diagnostics to verify that power supply failure didn't cause any other damage.Thanks guys!

I have been going to Intrex Computers for 14+ years. I just got a new one from them; my last one lasted for 14 years (with a couple of upgrades over the years). Their service is the main reason I continue to go to them. I live in Chapel Hill, but I went to Raleigh to get my new one. I thought about going to somewhere more local, but the service is generally inferior. I would highly recommend them.

I bought a lemon of a machine from DELL that crashed multiple times a day straight out of the box. DELL of course was zero help. After hours on the phone with them over half a year, my machine eventually stopped even booting. I took it to these guys and they had it BETTER THAN NEW and ROCK SOLID within 1 day. Amazing. Couldn’t ask for more. When they saw how little data I had on my hard drive they found a way to cut the price they had quoted me in half by simplifying their planned fix. My husband has been using these guys for years and highly recommend them and now I can see for myself why.

Tremendous experience. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Prompt. And best of all, the computer works outstanding right out of the box. I love how they stress test it before releasing it to the customer so you don’t end up with bad ram or a bad GPU the first time you try to play a game. They get all my business from here on out.

First, I've only bought my computers (3, counting this one) from Intrex since the early 2000's. The quality for each one has been top notch and each has lasted over 10 years with no problems. The personnel are very knowledgeable and don't try to upsell, recommending only what I needed. I spec'd my computer in the Greensboro store and it was built in the Raleigh store. The only issue was a slight delay in delivery due to a delay in receiving some of the components for the build. I was promptly informed of the delays and new ETA. I will only buy computers from you guys. You are great!
