Had an appointment at 11:30 last Thurs - NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! I double checked my confirmation and it was correct. They had my phone number and AT LEAST could have called!!!!! I waited til noon and went hom :(

Huge mistake going here there. They lie when they make a mistake and they're all in on the lies. I was charged $600 and told that it's a new fee and it didn't include protection if the government needed extra information that would be $54.00 more I will never go back they have lost my business.I hope they fizzle out and the company goes under cause they aren't hiring quality people anymore

Donovan was the MAN! You could tell he wasn’t in it to charge you the most for his services, he was genuinely there to help and gave great advice. Would definitely recommend.

Donovan was great! I was a little annoyed because the preparer, who is usually there, was not there. He explained that management had changed, which was okay. Donovan was very knowledgeable and did not take long preparing my taxes.

I received prompt and courteous service. The Tax Preparer was very knowledgeable about the current tax laws and how they would affect me. My mind was at ease after I received clarity on the information about the current tax laws.
