Overfilled my oil by a staggering amount, causing a significant leak, and used the wrong oil filter. Took entirely too long to perform a simple service, and charged far too much for it.
Avoid this place like the plague. Check for a dealership for your car locally - they'll likely charge comparable rates and provide a far better service.
Edit for owner response: My concerns were remedied by an ASE Certified dealership mechanic - and I paid them less to fix it than I paid for the original mess. I have no desire to interact with this company or its representatives again. When speaking to other locals about my experience, I heard nothing but similar stories to mine. Make smart choices, folks.

Russell and his team were absolutely FABULOUS! I came for an oil change and had questions about an inspection. They informed me (at no cost to me, by the way) what I would need to pass my inspection. Russell offered me a plethora of recommendations and options for getting my inspection cleared when I’m ready. Honorable mention: my oil change was just over $50 - which was at least $20-30 less than I expected to pay. All in all, A WONDERFUL experience! Thank you Russell!!!!

Love spending $90 on an oil change to get home and check my dipstick and there’s literally no oil in my car, and they somehow managed to break my headlight fuse while “changing the oil”. Thanks for that very convenient and helpful.

Pep Boys right down the street has better pricing than this Jiffy Lube. I could’ve saved $30 if I used Pep Boys… Plus Jiffy left my white seats with black marks :/
