DO NOT COME TO THIS JIFFY LUBE. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR OIL PAN. This is the second vehicle I’ve had damaged at this jiffy lube. I spent more than $70 on an oil change at the Jiffy Lube at Capital Blvd and when I got back home, there was an oil leak that damaged my driveway and left a huge oil stain which I had to fix as well as finding out that the Jiffy Lube employees had damaged my cars oil pan which was $300 in repairs. The damage was cause by Jiffy Lube employees and they/jiffy lube have taken no responsibility whatsoever. I except them to pay the full $300 that I payed out of pocket for the repair. This includes parts and labor, I also have a receipt from the repair that I can provide. I additionally went to the location demanding a refund for the repair and oil change and was not helped whatsoever. I will need someone to reach out to resolve this ASAP.

Very poor customer service, they upuse customers buy charging them unnecessarily fees to pass the car inspectin.
They are making up problems in each car that comes to the shop to make unfair money.
They are terrible people and unprofessional too.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR STATE INSPECTION!
They wanted me to replace perfectly fine working wiper blades to pass the inspection. They stated they saw some streaking. It is summer and dusty, add water and it will streak. After it wiped with fluid, window was perfectly clear. I stated that what they are attempting has to be illegal as this is not a cause to fail as the streaks cleared after water evaporated immediately and windshield is visibly clear.
Went straight to another location, no mention of streaking and passed. In and out in 30 minutes.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Bunch of lazy people. Won't do the work even if simple. They're only changing oil. Not an engine or transmission. The funniest thing I've ever seen 3 mechanics under the hood scratching their heads. Not knowing what to do. Don't bring your car here. You'll be wasting your time. Thanks Gary. Wish I can give you a negative star.

Used to be great with fast and friendly service! But customer service has gone down hill. Today, they drained the oil out of my van and then informed me that they were out of conventional oil. My only choice was to pay a higher price for a premium oil since my car was now undriveable. Classic bait and switch! They did this to multiple customers while I waited. They just lost a long time customer.

I’m travel for work. I flew into Raleigh specifically just to get a safety inspection on my mother’s car. The entire staff was engaging, helpful, and it made a great atmosphere. This location was fast, but efficient. The entire staff that day was all smiles. I appreciate them. Great location.

Completely disorganized, I was waiting in line more than 40 minutes for an estate inspection, and two people who arrive later are attended to first. You claim your right and they just ignore you , no one cares about it . Not recommended.

Best Jiffy Lube I've ever been to. They were busy. But with good reason, they are excellent. From the time Talek greeted me with kindness to checking out with the manager Shawnee (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) it was first rate service. She made aware of a problem just for knowledge with no money to be gained by them. They did the inspection so its nice to have NC inspection available. Management is outstanding and it shows in their employees and their service. Highly recommend

Been here a handful of times before for state inspections and oil changes with no problem. My most recent visit was for a state inspection and the guys managed to scrape/chip the paint on my car door. It's a pretty bad chip, and while I have other scrapes and dings that aren't as bad and wasn't really expecting anything to come from it I would have appreciated someone at least taking the time to follow up about it and acknowledge that I said something about it. Was told the manager was out but left name/number for them to contact us. But they couldn't even bother to call us back. Will not return.

A+ to whoever manages this Jiffy Lube. I drive 20 mins to go to this location in particular. I can count on them to get the job done fast, efficiently and done correctly. Everything runs smoothly from dropping off my car to paying. The location is a little sketch but you can trust this place with your car!
