THEY BROKE MY OIL FILTER HOUSING AND WILL NOT PAY THE DAMAGES DO NOT GO HERE!
Had my Chrysler 300 serviced for an oil change and they cracked my oil filter housing. I noticed I was leaking oil 30 minutes afterwards I called them to let them know and someone told it was OK probably just extra oil dripping temporary.. well the next day I was headed to the barbershop with my 12 year old son I merged to get off my exit and all of a sudden my car started smoking tremendously! I pull over immediately at the gas station off the exit and it was oil leaking everywhere! Well I got my car towed to MB which has worked on all 3 of my cars for the last 10 years really great service and trustworthy staff.. my mechanic looked at my car and told me who ever changed your oil cracked your oil filter housing I got it fixed which cost me $1200.. well I let Jiffy Lube know and ultimately THEY WILL NOT COVER THE COST! Reason was I didn't give them a chance to fix it!! SMH well I've got an attorney now and I have evidence of the manager from the location on audio stating it was there fault and he thinks they should have payed me for their damages! Welp it's OK MY ATTORNEY WILL TAKE IT FROM HERE! I also had a friend of mines tell me Jiffy lube did the same thing to his Charger so I'm figuring Jiffy Lube has little experience with Dodge/Chrysler because all of the vehicles have a plastic oil filter housing and if you use anything more than hand tighten you will crack the oil filter housing.. Well I hope my review will save someone else the TROUBLE AND MONEY!

So they do their jobs well- pros at up selling their services when you go for an oil change. If you are not careful or if you are not knowledgeable about car maintenance you may want to go somewhere else or get someone who is knowledgeable to go with. My oil change ended up costing close to $900.00.

I've never felt more scammed and taken advantage of than I did today during a state inspection.
I went in expecting a routine check, but the tech (Adam, I believe) told me I needed a new $40 wiper blade—or they’d fail my inspection. I checked the blade myself and saw a small tear, maybe 1/4" at the end. Was it there before? Not sure—but I had inspected them just days ago. Even if it was, there’s no way it affected the wiper’s ability to clean the windshield properly.
His reasoning? It "showed evidence of damage," which apparently meets the state's criteria for failure. That feels like a pretty extreme interpretation. The alternative? Come back, wait again, and pay another fee—essentially forcing customers into an upsell.
I’ll give them this—they were polite about it (and the lady at the front desk handled my frustration brilliantly - kudos!); plus, she gave me a $10 discount on the overpriced wiper blade. But the whole experience felt slimy.
Returning the favor and giving 3-stars (instead of 1) because of their friendliness in taking advantage of me.
Seeing other reviews mention the same thing makes it clear this isn’t just a one-off issue.

Always a good experience at Jiffy Lube. Been coming here for years. HOWEVER! At completion today I realized the inside of my car had not been vacuumed and as I went to get in I questioned if “vacuuming the inside was no longer done?”
Apology was made and I was asked to pull around to another bay and they would take care of it.
The only placed vacuumed was the Driver side! Other mats were not touched! I left.

These guys are some scam artists if I’ve ever encountered any. I have been used to taking my car to Jiffy Lube locations from the trust my mother had in her own vehicles with this company. She always took her cars to a location in Wake Forest and never had any issues. That may be possible from the fact that an employee here was a close family friend. I have not had the same luck. To start, at a separate Jiffy Lube (which I’m leaving a review for as well), they tried to sell me an air filter when I brought the car in on something unrelated less than 30 days after just selling me one. Upon stating it was dirty/moldy, I told them they must’ve put it in like that and it’s their obligation to fix that considering I just had it changed 20 days ago. They immediately got rude and defensive. This isn’t even the major issue with THIS location though, and below is the serious problem with this location:

I took my car in as the rear brakes were grinding and making noise. I recently had the front brakes changed so I told them I just needed rear brakes. They quoted me $350 which ended up being $400, but lo and behold when I pulled the car out of the property it wasn’t grinding as expected, but 10 minutes later the front brakes started grinding with the same intensity as the rear. I was dumbfounded by this and took the car to a more expensive shop that I trust, and as it turns out, the had just swapped the front and rear brakes. I have never even heard of such insanity and disregard for safety. I pray that these guys go out of business for the safety of the public.

I went for a state inspection. It was done relatively quickly, but I was upsold me on a terrible set of windshield wipers. I will not go again.

Visited 8/7/24 - staff were less than helpful and over complicated simple issues, so just make sure you ask a lot of questions before they do anything.

Truck was stolen here and the employees were 100% in on it. Nothing was done about it. Do not take your car here.

Thought my car was going to be vacuumed like other jiffy lubes so…and wasn’t treated the best by one employee, but the woman that worked there was awesome!
