I went for a State Inspection around noon on a Friday. The technicians didn't take too long performing my vehicle inspection. I was expecting to get the run around like a few other places did before. The waiting area was tidy with a beverage cooler. The cleanliness of the restroom shocked me - in a good way. How do they keep a unisex restroom cleaner than Starbuck's?! Checking out was pretty swift and it helps they accept Apple Pay. I do want to give kudos to Jabari (I think was his name) for being kind enough to explain the process of service to me.

Horrible experience. I took in my car for the NC vehicle inspection and they said it would take about 15 minutes…there was no one ahead of me. After 45 minutes, I saw my car being pulled out of the service bay, but still have not heard a word from anyone since I got out of the car to have them start. After another 10 minutes, I had to find someone and ask was the status was. It had been done for a while, but nobody told me. Very poor service…I would never go back there again.

Do not go here! Billed for oil change and tire rotation which I asked for, but the rest is a nightmare. I came for an oil change and tire rotation. At first it seemed like great service, took me in right away but no one ever was in the lobby to check me in. I went next door to eat while I waited. I came back when I saw my car was ready and they billed me for what I said. Unfortunately a hail storm hit so I wasn't going to take a trip around the car to look at the tires. I went home and then went back out and saw no tire rotation was done, the listed tire pressure correction was not done, and the fluids were not topped off. I called and they said I could come back or get a refund. I went back and WATCHED them do the tire change after arriving 30 minutes before closing with all the doors closed up. The entire lobby smelled like weed (fine for off the job but not while you're working and driving other people's cars). They did the tire change and were rude, then I saw the tires still weren't inflated to proper PSI. I got out and asked them to inflate them properly and it was like pulling teeth. The guy who went to inflate them barely knew how to use a pressure gauge and overinflated them after talking about the proper PSI twice. The next day I see a part hanging down from my car...they didn't install the oil change access door on the undercarriage and now a piece is missing. On top of that, now my car won't even start!!

Have been here for almost 2 hours now with being able to pull directly into the bay when arriving.Requested a dealer inspection, was never asked for my dealer number, then after waiting a hour they came in and said I was good to go(except there was no way I was with them not having my dealer number)After that “they tried again” still not asking my dealer number or any of the information they actually needed.If you have no idea how to do a service or don’t have the means to(which you do have had several inspections done at jiffy lubes) please let us (the customers know) so we don’t waste EITHER of our times.Thank you for the tremendous waste of time and will be making sure you don’t waste any of my colleagues time either.

I was second in line when they opened at 8am. Both of us just there for a quick state inspection. They had us go to the waiting room and would take care of it. FORTY minutes later an employee comes to the waiting room and says their inspector won’t be there for another hour.The entire reason I was there at 8 was to do this before work. It shouldn’t have taken 40 minutes just to find out they couldn’t do an inspection which they advertise right on the building. They also never apologized. Won’t be back.

Jamiah did an excellent job at assisting me today! He helped me with my inspection and also let me know what needed to be worked on. I knew something was up when my car was making noises and he found the solution! I would deff recommend him as a mechanic. Maybe you should take care of the problem instead of just responding on here making it look like it has been taken care of. Two weeks later and I still haven't had the problem resolved, only "Im checking on it". Completely terrible service. Just fix the problem, put the parts back on my car that were removed.

The staff members were exceptionally skilled, considerate, and professional. The individual who performed the work was kind enough to explain everything that was being done to my car and what improvements or changes would be best for it. He encouraged me to replace a filter in my car even though I was only there for an oil change. I rarely drive because I work from home, but the next day (Monday) I had to run some errands. During that time, my vehicle cut off twice: once at a red light and the other when I had finally arrived home and had put the car in park. When I called Jiffylube, the gentleman said that it might have been because they didn't reconnect the parts properly when installing the new filter. He suggested that I bring it in so they could address the problem. When I arrived, the employees were courteous and efficient. They explained what happened and pulled the car out for me to leave. However, as I got in the car, my check engine light was on. I was so bewildered that I opened the car door and an employee was eating McDonald's fries when I told him my check engine light was on. He replied that it hadn't been on when I arrived. I told him no, and I'm not sure if it was how I said it or if he was just having a bad day, but he snapped back, "Well I wasn't here yesterday," and said something else. I apologized if I offended him and asked him not to take it personally, but he remained silent and told me to drive my car back around so someone could examine it again. I had an uncomfortable feeling. Jay approached me right away and was incredibly kind as soon as I turned my car around. He asked what was occurring before going to get a device and connecting it to the car. He assured me he would find out what was going on and fix it right away. I wish I could remember the name of the mechanic that assisted him yesterday; he was wonderful as well. Under his eye, he has a scar. I hope that was helpful. My sole issue was with the employee who appeared to be having a difficult day, but aside from that, the professionalism, expertise, can-do attitude, and compassion from the other employees were excellent. I wish I could remember the name of the employee that worked on my car Sunday; he was fantastic.

I went to this Jiffy Lube today to get my car inspected. I'd been there once before and had a great experience, with fast service and reasonable pricing. However, today I had a terrible experience and I won't be returning.I was there for nearly two hours. Apparently the communication between this store and the DMV was only working intermittently. Not Jiffy Lube's fault but customers were not informed about this. When a customer did ask how long it would be, he was told that the estimated wait time was 45 minutes to an hour, but for me it was double that.A customer who was there when I arrived asked about the status of his vehicle that was getting new tires. He said he had been waiting a long time and hadn't heard anything. He was told that they didn't have the tires. They should have told him that when he first arrived so he wouldn't have wasted his time sitting in the waiting room.Another customer who was there before me asked about the status of the oil change for his car because he had been waiting for an hour. He was told that they didn't have an oil filter and they were waiting for a delivery which should arrive soon. The customers in the waiting area could hear an employee calling auto parts stores over and over, trying to get oil filters delivered. The customer wanted to leave but they had already removed the old filter and said they couldn't put it back in. They said the oil change would be free because he had waited for so long, but he just wanted to leave, but he couldn't. When I left, there still weren't any oil filters delivered and he was still waiting. And his car was a common vehicle, not something exotic, so it didn't make sense that they were out of stock. He may still be there, waiting for his car.One other thing I noticed during my nearly two hour long wait was that the customers who came in for an inspection were told that their vehicles would not pass unless they replaced the windshield wiper blades. I was quoted a price and agreed to have the wiper blades replaced because I just wanted to get out of there. When I went to pay, I discovered that I was quoted the price for one wiper blade even though I was told that both needed to be replaced, so it was more expensive than I expected.I definitely won't be going to this Jiffy Lube again.

Worst customer service - I take DMV anytime them coming here. It's a difficult time to find engaged workers- one that helps clients - not just being some sarcastic tool!

Service was Excellent from the time I arrived at this location. While sitting in the clean waiting area the TEAM was multitasking from receptionist, cashier, customer service, labor and answering questions with customers coming in to have their vehicle service.I thank each employee for taking time to encounter with me and show me about my vehicle and what they suggested I should do moving forward because I have zero knowledge about trucks.My service was brakes, inspection, filter, oil change etc.. and Yes it was quick in a safe environment.Thank you!!!!!!
