I have been a frequent customer at the Wake forest rd location in Raleigh for several years and over the past year I have noticed a gradual decline in customer service and the quality and preparation of the subs has taken a dive. It's pretty much a hit or miss on wether you will get a fresh and tasty sub these days. I'm not to fond of getting my favorite sub and hoping and wondering if "this" time will it be tasty and well made.Well....not sure if I will frequent as much as I have been. Another one bites the dust! ?♂️

Lots of attitude at this store. Zero customer service. No gratitude when ordering and throwing the sandwiches around. Awful people working there.

Food is always ready quickly and the staff are very polite. The drive thru is a nice touch as well.

Freaky slow and they get our orders wrong most of the time. They are the worst JJ. Most of the workers are rude except for like two people that work there.

Shout out to Bennett at the store tonight! Was having problems with a online catering order for tomorrow. He was so helpful, professional and nice. He helped me with the order...got it all taken care. JJ's have great catering options for groups and are always a fan favorite! It was great to have someone like Bennett to help me...when the website didn't want to play nice! Thank you to this JJ's location!

They were very busy and the crew was understaffed but I saw a Manger Tyneshia went out her way to assist with her staff and got the orders out quickly as possible with no negative feedback from customers. Kudos to Tyneshia and Isaiah.

Check your receipt. It took me a while to notice but the workers apparently do not know how to ring things up. I have been overcharged for my past 8 order. It's only about $1.50 each time but it adds up. If you get food from here order online instead of trusting the workers.

Call ahead to place your order, do in store pickup (do yourself a favor and do not pick the drive thru pickup) and you'll have a great experience.

This location is the exact opposite of freaky fast! We placed an online order at 11:26 am on a Saturday and it took over 40 minutes before our two sandwiches were done. I will not go here again and strongly encourage you to go somewhere else that values your time when placing an online order before the lunch rush.Besides for the lack of service, the restaurant was clean and staff was friendly when asking for updates on my order after seeing people who had ordered at the counter and get their food before mine.
