Love this shop! Rahne was super helpful when I needed a replacement for my helix piercing after I accidentally pulled it out. They have an extensive selection and the service is top notch! I will definitely be returning once they get set up for piercings.

Ron was the best and was completely patient. I was getting trouble taking out my old jewelry to compare it with the new ones and we never felt rushed. He even ended up helping me take it out in the end. Great experience finding surgical steel jewelry for a rook.

NEVER depend on the specialist here to advise you of the size piercing you have. This resulted in purchasing the incorrect size with no returns or exchange. Didn’t know this until I attempted to do an exchange. The individual representing herself as the manager could have at least offered a discount in another purchase (at the least) then advised her staff never suggest the size earring if they are not CERTAIN because of their policy. A live and learn situation here.No one should be offering a courtesy if they are not experienced. Being new at having a piercing like this, it was confirmed I didn’t know the size . The next verbiage should have been “I can’t guarantee, I do want to mention we do not have a return policy.” I certainly, did not scan a counter to find out if this courtesy would cost me. The end result was about the purchase not the customer. Finding out and returning to purchase would have been more appropriate customer service vs. a customer that will not purchase from a business.

I love this place! I am a frequent customer here. I normally just stick to purchasing body jewelry, which is great quality, but this time I decided to purchase a stainless chain and ring as well. Did not disappoint! Everything is really great quality all around! I really enjoy talking to the staff too. Ashley is very knowledgeable and super helpful. Super cute as well ?

I had went here to buy a vertical labret ring because all of mine were too short for my lip, i bought one that i thought would fit & it ended up being just as small as the others & she replaced it for free. 10/10 service
