Erin helped me decide which carriers/harnesses would be best for my pets and get them ahead of hurricane Dorian in case we have to evacuate. All the stress was stacking up and I truly needed her help in selecting the proper harness while trying to avoid a headache because time was running low. She did so wonderfully.
